I wanna do stack rotation between Mogul, PCC and HOM

which would be the best option?

D1= Mogul and HOM
D2= Mogul and PCC

or

D1= PCC and Mogul
D2 = PCC and HOM

= if you have any suggestion which you feel is better, it is appreciated.
