Free Will scripting is there to make so your “targets” aren’t manipulated by the script, or better yet your actions influenced by the scripting.
Basically they did, what they wanted to do.

No you shouldn’t expect that results same day. If this title were to have instant results then pretty much every dude would be running this and ultimately it would go against the free will scripting.
I do have to agree with @Floridianninja on this that I think you are overcomplicating it, just go out and have fun and if it leads to anything then great and if not then oh well. Also throwing in an extra loop near the time you’re going to meet said person isn’t a great idea. The loop from earlier should suffice but as someone who likes to experiment I can’t tell you don’t do it, just throwing in my two cents in that regard
Some of the best results I have had with Wanted Black were nights that I just went out without any expectations and just got to know some ladies and some times but not always led to some form of romance and the sex. No, there is no scripting that will encourage any sort of taking advantage of others, and will never be. Instead, there is free will scripting that will actively counteract this - if someone does not want to be seduced, the free will scripting will not allow you to override their free will.
If someone is attracted to you out of their own free will, and wants to be seduced out of their own free will, your results will be massively amplified as a consequence of respecting their free will.
