Hey everyone, I noticed that there’s no more details/notes when ordering a custom. How do we make sure that our name is pronounced properly to ensure proper name embedding?
I’ve got a name that is pronounced in a variety of ways, so I’d prefer it to be pronounced properly. Thanks.
I either put it in parentheses on the name field when first ordering my custom or I send a ticket to support detailing my custom number and correct pronunciation. My customs have always hit hard and given me amazing results so I know its working.
I would make sure you send the ticket before ordering in case there are instructions to put on your order.
Unfortunately I already completed the order when I had made this thread. I submitted the ticket a few days later citing my custom order number, and just hoping for the best at this point.
