My Ticket Vanished and No response?

I’m posting here because my support ticket regarding a refund has completely vanished, and I haven’t received any response so far.

On 27 Nov, I purchased Wanted. While I respect the work you’ve done, the product wasn’t a good fit for me, so I requested a refund under your “no questions asked” refund policy. I submitted this through an official support ticket.

However, the ticket has now disappeared from my account, and I haven’t received any reply or update. Because of this, I’m unsure whether my request is still being processed or if it was closed without notice.

I’m not trying to cause any issues , I just want clarity and a proper response regarding my refund request. I’d appreciate it if a moderator or team member could look into this.

As long as the request was within the 30 day policy, the refund should’ve been approved. We will check on this ASAP on Monday.

Actually, I went ahead and just looked into it. It looks like the order was flagged by our semi-automated system. I didn’t look too much into the flag yet, I just went ahead and refunded the order for you. You should’ve received the refund email. I’ll look into the flag later.
