My sleep is choppier

I just start using subs here

Right now I’m on Emperor Q and libertine v2

First day I ran one loop for each one

I had no headaches, no discomfort during the day

First night I woke up in the middle of my sleep had a one vivid dream which I wrote down then when back to sleep

Second day I listened to 2 loops for each one just to see and move on

Again no headaches, or discomfort. I do feel the effects of Libertine but it’s not like overbearing for me

Towards the end of the day I was really feeling sad and agitated :pensive: and thinking about not going forward with the subs. I was even contemplating of dropping Libertine and like buy regeneration because there’s things that I feel like self worth, unworthiness, negative beliefs. All it’s pointing out to me is that there’s multiple things that need to be addressed

Second night I wake up in middle of night and go back to sleep. I’ve been getting a series of little movies where I’m displaying dominance around others, just a whirlwind of emotions coming at me

Why is my sleep being interrupted, I’ve never had any other sub do that ever

Like it sucks if this is going to be a recurring thing

This is all in the manual.
It takes a couple weeks to get used to.

I’m currently have shitty sleep too but it’s worth it for the outcome.

I don’t advise running libertine unless you have good inner game such as khan or any seduction and alpha based title. The libertine thread shows how important it is as the aura will come out, meaning even bad inner beliefs and blockages can come out in your sexual aura.

The best results gained from libertine were from users on khan and primal seduction and the such, people with a good base belief in their ability and those who are able to use that aura to take action towards sex.

Secondly, anyone new will have choppy sleep in the start.

Emperor is not a good major to base libertine off of. Emperor is a status and sort of anti social get shit done type of subliminal, you’ll get girls but it won’t be through being a lady’s man, it’ll be through being a man’s man. The deep changes that will happen on emperor happen in a deep level of masculinity and purpose. It’s not a very “sexy” subliminal for you to be going through a reforming of your ideals and power and try to get laid.

There’s a whole load of ultimas to amplify the journey of emperor for good vibes that go hand to hand with the goals

Finally, wanting to quit subs is reconciliation and is stated in the manual, you’ll feel it a lot and usually happens right before you get results, stick with the thing and keep journaling

If you feel like reconciliation sucks, then don’t push your subs, go at a reasonable pace and slowly accumulate results, only push hard when you’re used to outsmarting reconciliation.

However, this is only my two cents I ain’t a veteran

Some possible ideas

  1. Take action related to the subliminal. For Emperor, for example: Initiate a project or idea you’ve been wanting to try and pour your energy into it.

  2. Hydrate, exercise, take naps

  3. Run Ascension first and work your way up to Emperor

Reduce loops if it effects you in anyway (like bad sleep, headaches, depression, etc)

Stick with 1 loop for a week or two before increasing it. These subs are very powerful on 1 loop alone and some of us (me included) have tried running only 1 loop for each title extensively with good results

Welcome to the bite of subliminals. If you’re listening when you are sleep, you could try stopping that and instead only listen when awake.

Perhaps masked will work better for you than ultrasonic or vice versa.

Also sexual subliminals seem difficult for men to run, and I don’t think we know why at this point.

Now for the good news, congratulations on recognizing the reconciliation.

You could take more rest days.

You could listen to 1 loop a day.

Also in terms of sleep, I used to journal my dreams and then I stopped. I decided that for now getting the sleep was more important than documenting a dream.

Now what to do?

I think you have a few options in addition to the ones others and I have already listed.

Healing is I think a good idea for anyone. After about 3 months of Dragon Reborn I’m literally feeling like a different person in a good way.

I would not recommend Regeneration. I thought it was exhausting. Rebirth might be a better option. There is also Sanguine and Elixir.

Give it some thought. Maybe take a break. Subliminals are simple to run because you press play and listen. But emotionally they are not easy to run for most people.

And remember you are not alone. There are plenty of people on this forum who feel miserable from time to time because of their personal growth experiences with Subliminal Club’s Q format.

I simply sleep better when I have my stack running.

I took an extended break. Just under two weeks. My sleep sucked badly during this time.

Then I experimented with different listening patterns, mostly to find out if I can get the subs to work with shorter listening times.

I only get the vivid dreams when I have my stack running overnight.

I’m not listening daytime now. Only 7-8 hours /night.

Seems to be working.

You could also look up sleep hygiene and see if there are any ideas that might help you.

I think I just have built a habit that I need the background sound.

I sleep great with my stack on.

The sleeping did get a bit better during my break after a week maybe.

@robbycityfc there is something else to keep in mind. You might have to experiment to discover what listening schedule would work best for you.

For example some people can listen during sleep just fine. Others not. Some can listen during sleep and it works some times but not others.

Others can listen only to ultrasonics when asleep. Others can listen to both. Others only masked.

I dislike ultrasonics when I’m awake or asleep.

I could listen to subliminals during sleep before Q. After Q came out, I could no long listen when I slept.

On my rest days or if I have already played my stack during the day I listen to ASMR videos. For some reason I feel some healing from them and they help me fall asleep.

just for an update

i used emperor on the first day and like immediately i was motivated to do things that ive been too lazy to do lately and i did it with ease

when i moved it up to 2 loops i just had this amazing motivation to keep knicking and finishing my goals for the day

so this definitely works big time , surprised how quickly it worked

libertine v2 too early for me to say, I had a girl get flustered and antsy but pleasantly aroused near me around me on the 2nd day and that was from one loop from the day before. I dont think its ideal to run this now regularly maybe in the summer this would be better

it feels like i have antennas and like energy is flowing out of my body

I do have inner issues with women so i didnt know how that can affect the aura, i thought it was like a perfume

i still got about 6-7 hours of sleep, its only been 2 nights and i just noticed that my sleep has been interrupted thats all and i know its these subs because i sleep throughout the night easily on a normal basis. all im saying is the rhythm gets interrupted and also no headaches which is good

i only used the masked versions throughout the day at low volume and the waves can still be heard quite clearly

it seems like these are by far the most potent subs ive ever used

i dont know what im going to do next, i just have really really honest with myself and what i really want to do moving forward

A normal sleep-cycle is about 90 minutes and it is ok to wake up briefly between them.
This is more common when we get older.
I wake up around 3 times a night and still feel rested in the morning.

I’ve wondered about this. My conclusion is that issues with women could effect what happens.

Don’t do it, yet. This is R E C O N C I L I A T I O N. The most irritating and wallet draining type, at that. See your stack through for 30 days, then evaluate.

If you’re listening to them over night, it’s the fact that you have a ton of subliminal stimuli being pumped into your mind when you’re supposed to be resting. The only thing you can do is listen to less loops while sleeping. Plus, our titles are VERY powerful, hence why you’ve never experienced it before.

ill be tinkering around the loop usage for now

libertine i don’t know if i should hold this off until spring or summer because the city is opening up back again slowly but not enough to where it was before covid

does libertine get stronger the more days and loops you listen to it over time? like when you filli a balloon with more air

I think it can up to a point. For me, I listened to it for about 5 days in a row, then 2 rest days, then 5 days in a row, then just 2 or 3 times a week. More than that I wonder if burnout can happen. At one point I think I listened to too much. I started to feel tired and I got negative reactions from women. It wasn’t good.
