Thought it’d been longer since I last journaled
Been ill and not really in the mood to journal this past week
I dropped the time on Scorpio back down to 15s
I could tell that I needed to ease into this because I noticed old Fearful Avoidant patterns and thoughts creeping back in
Thoughts and Pattterns which were addressed by Regeneration and Love Bomb
This doesn’t bother me as much as it used to
Old thought patterns coming back for a bit
I watched a video by David Bayer who explained that growth has these phases of expansion and then contraction
So, where it feels like old patterns re-emerge for a bit before your growth expansion happens again
Which is frankly something I noticed about myself where I’d think things like “I thought I’d gotten over this…”
Anyway I am quite enjoying the Summertime + SSX combo at 15s
It feels like I am most definitely being hit with a good amount of the modules to notice the changes quite substantially
I think the biggest ones are my gaze and body language
And then looks
Now that I am typing this out I think Subconcious Flow has a big factor in this
As I’ve started to notice everything becoming more and more automtic in the changes. I originally thought that was from SSX
I’ve also noticed that Summertime feels like it has the container, observer effect I got from Godlike Masculinity when recon comes up
I noticed this in public yesterday at the train station
Some anxious thoughts were coming to the surface but the effect of holding those thoughts to let them process kicked in
It was actually kind of therapeutic
Usually I’d have a bit of annoyance when something like that came up
Also, sex is a LOT better since adding in this combo
It’s not just technique but the actual feeling of presence when doing the act (foreplay, oral, etc)
There doesn’t feel like an end goal in mind but enjoying each bit as you do it
Pretty much what Saint said about his own growth patterns
Oh I actually had no idea, thanks for sharing that Michel
