Having some really solid sleep scores at the moment (yesterday was 94!)
Wondering if it’s summertime carrying over from Paragon Sleep
Or Paragon Sleep blooming
Because there is a clear trend in improved sleep since I started my Scorpio (summertime + ssx) custom
I mean how he fell off afte being on top

Finally had the talk with my ceo today
After a bit of back and forth about what I should bring for the future, I asserted that’s fine but I’m talking about for now
Because I’m long overdue a salary review
So I asked for £17,000 increase in salary
Been meaning to give that one a try.
It’s very good
I’m wanting to add Overdrive and Synergy: Winner Overdrive
Having a focus and the synergy really does hit harder with those modules
Feels like its really round out a khan custom

So, Summertime gives distinct feeling of safety in the body
Which for me is excellent
I’m noticing any time my nervous system fire off I feel a distinct message of “Why are you worried, you’re actually safe right now”
Other noticeable mentions are Alpha Body Language and Seducers Gaze
The former, I just notice subtle shifts in my actual mannerisms like the way I walk
The latter, just seems like my eyes are falling naturally into a sort of squinted gaze
When you have SSX and Dream Boy too, I get a feeling its all tripling down on the gaze
SSX I can’t comment yet because that sort of feels more in the background than the rest of the titles. Like everything that follows from of it is sort of automatic
Anyway, as good as my day has been
It has been completly shat on when I was helping my girlfriend move her stuff
I mean, why is moving such a stressful activity?
I actually wasn’t even stressed but I kept dropping shit allover the place

I’ve been doing this thing when I was on two customs where I’d increase one and then the week after increase the other
So, it is two weeks exposure before increasing on each custom
I noticed it gives very minimal recon (maybe I’d be slightly annoyed for an hour) and a good entrance to the next level
I only noticed this pattern working because I’ve increased Scorpio after a week and I’ve had slight irritation
Like, I can feel the recon coming up and think this is such a trivial thing why is this bothering me? Because it usually wouldn’t at all
But in Recon Land nothing makes sense and you just kind of have to sit with those thoughts coming up so they can process

I was out for my birthday the other day and its like the modules started to just activate as I was going about my day

All noticeable
It’s like my Wanted Dream Boy morphed to Wanted Black territory
Probably due to my long run with that
Pure attraction everywhere I went, to the point my girlfriend was noticing it
