My mental alchemist formula - action we take to support our transmutation

I’m listening to CWoN and Dragon Flight and the most important action I take towards their objectives is introspection. Looking deep into what’s happening on the deepest levels of my psyche and reflecting on what path I should take to become the best version of myself. Apart from that, I try to manage all the negativity that surfaces when recon is hitting me. I take a walk, take a nap or just stop and think to not do any harm.

What do you do to support your subliminal transmutation?
What actions do you take on a daily basis to align with the objectives of your stack/custom?

@Malkuth @Lion @Skadoosh @Invictus @SubliminalUser @subliminalguy @RVconsultant @Brandon @James @Azriel

and everyone who would like to share.

Thanks.

I’m on Dragon Blood and Elixir, and I find myself needing some introspection more often than not. This stage challenges every backdoor escape and every distracting thought I hold on to to keep me from seeing what I’ve avoided so long.

I do this to answer 2 questions.

Is this true?
And do I really desire this?

Slowing down to pay attention to my inner state is where I often notice familiar but uncomfortable battles. But facing them is where growth happens for me.

I look forward to seeing other replies here.

I use some method derived from Živorad M. Slaviski and his studies on polarities
Its similar to Satori protocol by Vladimir Stojakovic

I’m also doing insight meditation (mainly using “what I am?” and "who I am before birth?)
Variations can be when asking “who’s the I experiencing this thought/emotion/sensation?” etc…

And some basic neigong techniques

I just go with life as usual, and let the subs surprise me.

You see, in my humble opinion, the biggest reason for people lacking certain kinds of results is because they expect specific things.

Let me give you an example, and you yourself can verify it yourself, since you were in the private test and can check for yourself:

When I used WANTED ZP in the test, I didn’t even think about sleeping with more girls or anything like that, it was just a fascinating sub that had physical shifting, which I already had a base for since I’m always working out, but what ended up happening?

  • milfs sending their numbers to me.

  • my whole being becoming too attractive, to the point my own girlfriend wanted to share me with other girls so they can get to experience a bit of me.

  • while my body was transforming, I also ended up getting a beard out of the blue, and my junior got bigger in size.

Were those the results I was running WANTED for ?
Definitely not.
So why did they happen?

Zero expectations + open mind + curiosity and fascination + action

That’s at least my “secret”

Independently of the subliminals, I have long had my Vision and hopes and projects, regarding my lifestyle and my path.

For the most part, the subliminals are in service to my path, rather than the other way round.

Nothing is that simple, however; and there are often times when I’m trying to figure things out or adjust them. But for the most important parts, that’s how it is.

My opinion:

  1. Discern and uncover and create your life path and your life Vision
  2. Commit to it, naturally and pleasurably, and also with discipline; and then
  3. Action need never be a concern

So, I find that it’s sometimes not about any specific action. It’s more so about connecting and aligning with my optimal attitude and vision.

Sometimes I need to adjust my mental and emotional orientation. If I get too lost in thoughts, ideas, or imagination, I can lose touch with the concrete processes of my life. It’s often important for me to reconnect with the power of Experiencing rather than talking, analyzing, or describing. This helps me to come back home.

I do meditate every day but it’s not for the purposes of Action. It’s not even to achieve an extremely specific goal. It’s that I’ve learned over time that it’s who I am. Whether I make ‘progress’ or not. Who cares? I’m not a schoolchild anymore. No one that matters is keeping score on my life, my marriage, my work, my happiness.

In this life, I’m going to experience whatever I experience; build whatever I build, and then I’m going to die. And after a while, no one will remember it. (And even if someone does, I don’t think it will matter very much to me at that point.)

So, I’m living for the experienced quality–for the reality and the meaning–of what I’m doing now.

I just try to remember who I am, and to stay in touch with the growing, living processes that make up my world and my experiences.

As you do that, you notice things that seem right or good to do or to try. And then when you’re courageous enough, you go for it.

And that’s Action.

Happens naturally.

I’m kind of similar to @Invictus. I don’t really think about what actions I need to take especially since with ZP I get an influx of ideas and go with the ones that inspire me the most. I really don’t try to think about it because then I over think about it.

For example I’m on Chosen & Stark for the use of me working on a live streaming app. Stark has made me be more social and think of questions that I wouldn’t normally, so I let them come naturally. It’s also made me interact with certain people how I wouldn’t normally because I’d be too shy. I literally just go off the inspired action I want to take and that comes to mind.

I also meditate too but it isn’t for taking action as @Malkuth stated.

I set a goal I want to accomplish. Then I just allow my subconscious mind to show me which programs to run through dreams or through realizations I get. Journaling has also been so helpful to me when it comes to seeing what the subs are doing and the action I should take to improve my results.

My partner sets the intention as he listens to the subs that he will accept all the positivity that he’s listening to. Then he just goes about his life, acting on the positivity that he notices.

I pay attention to thoughts and feelings that are outside of my habitual thoughts and feelings.

If I want to do something that I don’t usually want to do (or perhaps never thought to do), I reflect and plan a way to do so safely.
