Last year lockdown I came across selfconquering due to porn relapse…read his posts now and then and I started selfdevelopment last year …
I learnt the roles of conscious and subconscious mind , first time heard about subliminals and subliminalclub. Due my deep trust on his contents out there I decided to give it a try

Around 20mins of listening --I felt like am High!! on drugs or sort of thing
Along the lines l experience
• Asking my self questions about the past
•Headaches for 5 mins
•Calm and peaceful at some point
•Felt like I wanted to Cry🥺
Stopped watching at 12.26am

After some mins I left outside to run some tasks
•Girlsi came in eye contact with looking at me weirdly ,one woman with 3 kids approach me asking me the movie I was busy watchingand from there we talked a lot.
•A bank official calling me big boy
Other I might not notice

2nd day…Rest day
•Around 4am i experienced consistent erectile contractions to the extent I had to wear a light pants
•6am …my dad woke me up I couldn’t go back to bed after prayers like I used to🙄

•6.30 -did my normal 200pushups😋

•Within the day…I started feeling empty and kinda depressed…
Started asking myself about why I don’t practice my Copywriting skills everyday like I used to study my medical books everday.
•Managed to stay calm with my dad resentful attitude
• I couldn’t manage to concentrate on my medical studies today for like 3hrs …but I managed to use biuaral beats to finish it up.
•I have to go back to look into the Copy I left unfinished

3rd day-- Ascending Mogul
Ran 1 loop of Am 11.35-12.40
•Felt calm… running it on background… studying my medical books
•Started feeling more easy and light
•Feeling kinda nervous
• A girl older than me that always snubs me when I talk to her …saw me said hi…not actually looking at me directly🤔
•Got books from the librarian about the books concerning psychology and Copywriting
•Asking myself how I could plan my day so I can be able to finish the books I got…
•I noticed some argument with anybody causes a high spike of DOPAMINE in my brain🙄

Around 12.00am…i relapsed to PMO up to 3times…in the name of let me peep …woke up the next morning with energy like I didn’t relapse … slept throughout today…
Due to doubt whether the subliminals are working…I ran 4loops instead of my normal one day off😁

Feeling empty within me throughout today… though I still experience energy within my dantain …
Kinda feeling…my left hand numb…since yesterday…

Dreamt about myself climbing a cliff…and one small girl pushed me off when I was smiling at her when climbing …I think I died In that dream
Headaches throughout today…
Cold baths helped to keep them at low vibration
Chaos around my house as unknown gunmen burnt cars used for politics and one person dead🥺…I felt calm even when the chaos was happening around me… injured my self though when trying to jump fence.
Excessive sleep…
A feeling of numbness on my left palm since 3 days now
