I’ll do 3 loops then so I am somehow sticking with my old routine. I’m on my 2nd loop now.
I get this too, if I don’t take breaks or overdo loops, especially with terminus, its pressure in my head, ears full like on an airplane decent, and there sounds, like I hear music in my brain of processing or something. It’s really odd. Then when I rest it goes away.
How is it so far?
So far so good. I felt some palpitations earlier but that only lasted around 5 minutes. I couldn’t attribute it to the sub. My coffee was probably too strong.
I’m on my 3rd loop now. Still tempted to stack it with other stuff cause I have so much time now, but it’s my first day so I should stay the course.
15 minutes in and I’m feeling a strange sensation at the top of my head. Kinda trippy. I like it.
I’m listening to some beach boys with the sub. Hope this won’t affect the subs effectivity
Stack it with Elixir.
I’ve experienced something like this. For me, I have more of a subjective sense that the subliminal is still running, even though I’m not listening to it. Like the script is being repeated in my head again and again and again. I even get this on rest days.
It will work just fine, my friend. SaintSovereign had already confirmed long back that playing the subs with music and videos is just fine. So put in whole damn complete seasons of a TV series and enjoy!
Indicator of overexposure, optimally you’d want to take rest days until this effect has faded. From my personal experience, I have noticed this may take weeks. Hence, why it is important to find a balance in your listening pattern.
Maybe you’re right. I would not have thought listening to one loop of Terminus would lead to overexposure. I thought perhaps this was an intentionally designed effect of the script. As of now, I don’t have proof or definitive conclusions either way unless @SaintSovereign or @Fire clarify, or if they have and someone could point me to the link.
You have surely experienced those moments when you listen to a subliminal after a long time, or for the first time, either way, you experience a bloom and your whole thinking shifts – including the behavior that goes alongside it. You’d be desperately sitting behind your laptop doing a whole lot of nothing and all of a sudden you can immense drive to clean your house alongside a lovely euphoria.
Well, let me tell you, whenever you listen to a subliminal and do not observe any immediate effects or shifts in consciousness there is a queue of scripting waiting to be processed, consequently you are unable to execute the scripts.
That’s been my observation, it is one hundred percent accurate and true for me. However, take it with a grain of salt as it might not be true for you, albeit I see no logical reason why you’d react differently. You might want to consider lowering your subliminal in-take and perhaps you’ll become aware of my conclusions, perhaps you would not but in any case, we’ll gather more data and educate ourselves from the experiences we have had.
I get this every time I run a sub even with the above processing phenomena, which is still likely over exposure. I will take some time off coming up soon though. As the effect is not pleasant.
Do you notice your head is filled with something, a sort of heaviness? Moreover, you can easily see it in your writing and thinking, having a cluttered mind where after you keep on using the same words most often unknowingly. Unable to be creative and think out of what’s going on in your head.
Those are just a few aspects of overexposure, hopefully, this gives you some additional indications. The more you run a subliminal and the more you align with its goals, the greater your tolerance for overexposure will become. At the beginning of listening to a subliminal, however, you are better of smoothing into it.
For me, three loops a day has always been appropriate and I have never gone over my baseline ever since. When you overexpose yourself it does not mean you will not get results, on the flip side, you will likely feel nothing followed by a burst of unimaginable results. This is what’s been happening for a lot of people on Terminus – perpetrating that it is more effective, sure, but for how long? Exceptional results every two or three days, in my opinion, is not outstanding. I’d rather see continual growth and results on a daily basis, hence why I’m sticking to Q. Before Q, you could easily run a subliminal the whole day, now you are better of doing three loops spread throughout the day, enjoying all of the benefits and increasingly growing towards the objectives of your subliminal.
Well thanks lol. can you point to that?
I can just be a careless writer at times… I often write quickly between work or super late at night when I’m exhausted, and just free flow with out censoring myself or editing. Since the main purpose of journaling is for my own process. I have the experience that I am thinking out what’s going on in my head/world quite proficiently, at least for the purposes of personal journaling, but perhaps not looking at it objectively to see how it would land.
Thinking out what’s in my head for myself is distinct than conveying what’s in my head in a way that communicates clearly for others, which is distinct than unable to get creative, which may be more your judgement. Of course I’ll take a look, it’s all valid. And if anyone else feels the same please let me know.
Anyway
there’s a slight constant hum or even buzzing and pressure in parts of my head, that goes away only with rest away from subs. This is mostly an issue with Terminus, if I stick to 2-4 loops of a name embedded Q less so.
Hey @Azriel, excuse me for the misunderstanding but this was not pointed at you directly, even though it said ‘your’, in fact, I thought you were doing fine considering the fact your writing is fine, indicating no brain fog whatsoever.
I appreciate that, but I’m glad I misunderstood you haha since when I reviewed through the lens of what you were talking about, I may still be at a decent baseline but I can get a lot information through seeing the ways I communicate, the errors etc…it will be valuable info.
Strange feeling, now that I have DR, I feel like I don’t wish to say goodbye to my previous stack. I am a creature of habit, this is probably the case. Why do I wish to play all Rebirth+Regen+Elixir+Sanguine along with DR… this doesn’t make sense, surely I could take a break from some of these subs and DR would easily fill what vacuum they might leave from my mind.
@SubliminalUser is right, that this is like the Quantum Limitless of healing. I should focus.
Rebirth and Sanguine. Those two. If anything I think those two has helped me the most and Emperor for helping me quit smoking.
Anyway I am on my dragon path. I am closing my eyes with the hits on my wallet, it’s an investment in myself. What better way to spend coin than investing in something so priceless. Peace of mind, good health, success and happiness.
I’m running DR now, 3x loop. I must control myself, Stark and EQ are beckoning.
It would be best to focus on DR. Its changes can be so wide-reaching. I feel you though about saying bye to the other stuff. It’s like “Wow, I spent all this $ on the other healing stuff and now they’ve all been superseded by THIS thing”
@Apollo at least you didn’t construct a custom that tried to include ST1 of different multistages for healing before DR came out. That would’ve been something.
What program(s) have you been running that contributed to this change?
I’d suggest you choose wisely, go with something that naturally suits your personality as it will be most effective. You are better of riding the waves of nature instead of going against it.
This kind of advice is great for when the user is not aspiring to make a significant change in their personality.
