Hey guys,
I begin this journal to post my journal.
I’m currently running Khan Black and the New Primal.
I’ve been running this stack for two weeks.
Things I’ve noticed:
- I don’t avoid socialization as before.
- I afront more challenging situations.
- I sleep more.
Things I have to do:
- Socialize and go out more.
- Practice again chi kung or ki/prana/chi related activities.
I’m planning running Stage 1 of KB for at least two or three blocks.
