My favorite thing to do to boost sub's effectiveness

One thing that started working for me REALLY fast was journalling in a more “manifestation” way. The statement that I wrote out was intended to get me to wake up without an alarm and it worked on the very first night. I wrote out:

“I wake up naturally feeling overjoyed and full of energy.”
“I wake up naturally feeling overjoyed and full of energy.”

Then the next morning, I woke up naturally. And the morning after that. And the morning after that I woke up at 5am with a shock. It is totally ingrained as a habit now. The subs mixed with the writing to hammer the point home and get me waking up naturally in the early morning, ASAP.

Whatever your goals are for your subs, you can probably use this to enhance, speed up, and facilitate the process without running into more recon. This might even reduce recon since by consciously exposing yourself to the same idea over and over again, you automatically start to believe it more.

This is how I usually write my journals especially when I write down my goals. Just feels like the right way to me although there’s probably many ways to effectively journal

I did this yesterday, well today, when I fell asleep at sunrise, only to wake up refreshed. Didn’t even use sleepytime.

Been also contemplating the 55x5 some days ago. I’ll take this as a sign. Thanks a Billion :stuck_out_tongue:

I used to do the 33x3 and the 55x5 manifestation techniques a few years back before I found out about subs. Not sure why I stopped.

Could give it another go along with subs.

Last night I used 55x5 in a different direction… rather than be all positive, I actually manifested something negative.

_“I hate going back to bed” _
_“I hate going back to bed” _
“I hate going back to bed”

It actually worked WAY better than expected. I had only intended on hating going back to bed after waking up IN THE MORNING!!! But I woke up at 2 and I was wide awake for 2 hours wishing that I could be working…

Negative manifestations = powerful stuff.
