This past week I had the least amount of screen time on my phone. Still too much but I’ll take the win. I know best practice is to not even look at your phone for the first hour of the day.
Thats just too hard for me so I allow myself to view my phone but it has to stay plugged in at the charging station. I view it a minute or 2 while my coffee gets brewed then I sit down without it.
My physical strength has increased also. Picked back up the magnetic Qi Gong again and this time I don’t push the limits as much. It gets exhausting if I have to always get 5+ minutes for the standing cranes nest. 2 minutes is enough.
Seems the boost of energy is from E:TWTP. My L-sit pull-ups I can pull chest to bar now and hit a 20 rep bench press PR of 185x20 the other morning.
One thing that is suffering is my sleep. Been waking up at 4:00 then working out. Will cut back on the overexposure of subs and see if sleep improves. The sleep issue with my work schedule of 7x7 has often suffered during my work set and made up for it on days off so it’s nothing new. It’s just that with KB4, Khan ST1 I was dialed right in on sleep even work nights was getting plenty.
