Multitasking with subs and suggestibility

Do these subs (Ultima V2) have any frequencies that put you into a suggestible state? (Alpha, Theta, etc).
Is it okay to multitask during the day and do activities while listening to these subs? (aside from driving and operating machinery etc)

You don’t need to. All our subliminals automatically put you into the optimal state at the moment. If you want to take maximum benefit of that, you can simply relax or meditate. Whatever state comes next (even if you fall asleep) is the state you and your subconscious need. But, of course, you are free to experiment.
