Who has stopped listening to a multistage during the middle and then picked up where you left off a few months later? Would you go through them straight if you were able to redo it all over?
For context, I’m running Hero, physical shifting custom and Quantum Limitless stage 2 and want to run Seductress next cycle and then pick up QL stage 3 in a few months.

I stopped listening to stage 3 and wanted to go back to EMP (Did two half cycles).
I redid everything all over again.
That’s what I did for Khan, I ended up going to stage 4.
I think it should be fine to going to ST3 if you’ve had a cycle break from listening since the previous stage should still be instilled in you.
I’d probably recommend at least 2-3 loops of QL2 when you decide to bring QL3 in.
Kinda like if you stop reading a book partway through. It’s useful to re-read the last few pages when picking it back up.
Thank you for reply. Would you recommend listening to QL 2 in the same cycle as QL 3? So it would be like a boost?
Just a few loops in the beginning of the cycle. 2 or 3 would be enough I think.
You wouldn’t even need to do full loops. 30-60 seconds would be enough as a booster on those first few days alongside the rest of the stack.
Just enough to get back into the “Story”
I’ve done it before. I finished a ZP cycle with Stage 2 of Dragon Reborn Red then took a 1.5 month break. After the break I did a new cycle of Stage 2. (Maybe I did Stage 3 as I finished Stage 2 don’t remember). The long 1.5 month break was like an extended washout period.
I’ve done that with Khan and had good success but still would have rather done it straight through.
Don’t let a break STOP you from running the next stage, but don’t wait too long before going to the next stage.
A one-cycle break in between stage 2 and stage 3 could allow stage 2 to bloom, though, so don’t stress out so long as you’re listening to them within a max of 2 cycles it shouldn’t have much impact IMHO
I do feel like Khan ST1 stuck with me, I ran one cycle in Jan 2024 and one cycle in June 2024, then maintained those results with other alpha titles, then jumped right into st2

Separate days should be fine. If you want to use a loop or two before going to st3 that’s fine tbh
