Hi! I’ve used subclub subs for over 5 years! My most notable subs are MTMX which I used for over 1.5 years.

What I aim to use this space for is to journal my physical journey in a light manner…

I go to the gym very regularly and my current aim is adding strength and overall capability.

Lifts, bag work, reps of strikes on the bag, reps of movement (four directions plus pivoting) running and skipping rope and sparring are my pillars currently to improving very quickly
