Moving Consciousness

I was originally going to post this in the private Alchemist forms but I wanted to open it up to anyone who has some valuable insights.
My main goal is to do this Heart Mediation by Drunvalo Melchizedek. it involves moving your center of consciousness from the brain (mainly the pineal gland) to inside the physical heart. This opens up a ton of possibilities in regards for human potential.
My main concern/question is, would subliminals even be a good thing to try to help with this? I’m saying this because subclub sends affirmations to the Mind and I need to move to heart. I don’t want my mind to be pulling me back if its running some heavy affirmation program. I’m not even sure if that’s a thing, but its been on my mind.
And lets say its okay to run a sub for this kind of meditation, what would you guys recommend? Dreams seems good. But also Astral Projection X or Remote viewing X seem like good ones also. What would be the best?

Love to hear any of your thoughts on this. if there’s any questions regarding the actual meditation, I’d be down to answer.

I think that Love bomb seems appropriate.

As Above/So Below - Mind’s Eye - Alchemist

It would be possible to meditate while on any title. Tried DR, Alchemist, UA, Wanted and ME so far. Not that specific meditation in my mind though

Isn’t love bomb just for the aura?

Mind is non-local.

Subliminals should still be good.

Personally, if I were concerned as you are about this, I would focus on my heart and its energy field as you are listening to your stack. I know some people here like @Malkuth meditate with their titles and I myself have seen great benefits from doing so.

I used to listen to YouTube subliminals (wouldn’t recommend anyone to go backwards from here to there). I learned at some point that the heart’s field is bigger than the brain’s, so I shifted my focus. I used to imagine the messages flowing into my mind and getting absorbed like a sponge. I shifted it to my heart absorbing the messages and subjectively I saw an immediate shift in how I acted out the scripts.

I hope this helps you in even a small way.

Edit: P.S. I am going to start doing that visualization again with Subliminal Club titles, I’m glad I remembered that.

Drunvalo is cool.

Consciousness is not local, there is no center of consciousness. There are different viewpoints consciousness can perceive reality from and the brain and heart are two of the biggest focus areas for humans.

Most humans have been conditioned to make decisions and consider possibilities using their brain and not their heart-space. To move focus, conscious awareness, from your brain to your heart you need to focus on the connection between the two areas (thinking about the glands may help) and accept any feelings that arise while that connection is taking place. Combine this with breathing techniques and any visualization or prana movements that Drunvalo recommends for enhanced energy flow.

I’d recommend blue skies, rebirth, februus, Khan st1, and limit destroyer to remove mental and astral blockages that are preventing you from perceiving through your heart-center.

How did you realize this?

This is one of the articles I read awhile ago. It could be pseudoscience, but I’ve also seen many a ‘guru’ claim the same.

It’s easily verifiable on a personal level. There’s an activity that I used to practice that I came up with.

In public, when you’re passively sitting and able to focus, concentrate on people with simply your thoughts and no emotion if possible.

Then, when you’re satisfied that you’ve gotten all you can from that experience, change the focus to your heart and picture your energy field emanating from your heart in a glorious color of your own choosing, embracing and releasing people as they come with no attachment or thought.

I got to the point where I was simultaneously filtering other’s energy when they crossed my field to allow only energy harmonious to me to reach me, while at the same time exuding a simple, powerful sense of presence. The results blew young Ninji’s mind and I had both great and somewhat terrifying, potentially dangerous things happen with others who perceived it.

It ain’t easy, but I learned more doing this about my relation to my reality than many other things. I also would caution people that aren’t good at protection, particularly empaths, from trying this casually.

One point that I did not think to mention.

I’m on my 3rd day of a subliminal rest. (I’m now considering stretching it out for 11 more days, but that’s not the point.)

Three days ago when I first started, I was sitting down for morning meditation and in the midst of the session, I spontaneously decided to switch the attentional focus to the beating of my heart. It worked better in that session than attention to the breath.

In order to feel the beating of my heart, there was that same need to settle down and quiet the mindbody, which led to a general sinking and settling, and deepening of focus. It (the heart pumping) was detectable at times, but I’d lose it at other times and so it worked really well as an anchoring object.

I’m sure that’s not the same as the heart meditation you’re describing. I’ve never read about that. But I still find it to be an interesting resonance/synchronicity with the fact that you brought up this topic here.

Isn’t the Pineal Gland considered the seat of the 3rd Eye?
If so, this meditation is shifting focus from one spiritual center (3rd Eye Chakra) to another (Heart Chakra).
Not much to do with the Brain (Triune) or the Thinking Mind (Frontal Lobe).

#speculations

The Pineal Gland and Heart are interconnected, the Pineal Gland is the gateway for our Soul and the Heart expresses our Spirit; both are interconnected.

@Grasping_infinity, is well on his path to enlightenment.
