HOUSEKEEPING:
I have been running Stark Black and Limitless ( some variation of Limitless since January 2024 when Stark Black was released ), it created so many opportunities in my life and so many connections that if I started listing everything off people would accuse me of lying. And I was barely putting in any networking effort tbh.
But I’ve come to the realization that if I want to conquer the world (this is a metaphor… sort of). I must first conquer myself, hence why I am focusing entirely on my health over the next 6-12 months and putting a hold on my other ambitions until I fix this.
GOALS:
- Lose around 25-30 lbs (I am 5’9 and currently weigh around 180 lbs)
- Develop a masculine physique at around 155-160 lbs (think Christian Bale in American Psycho)
- Chiselled Jawline (eliminate the need for me to wear a beard)
- Gain some length on my dick (cause why not?)
LEVERS:
- NUTRITION: carnivore diet (beef, butter, salt, water)
- EXERCISE: weightlifting (variable resistance training with bands)
- SLEEP: get consistent high quality sleep (8-9 hours, making sure I sleep by 12 AM)
- SUBLIMINALS: legacy of the spartan + OG wanted
- HORMONES: considering hormone replacement therapy (oral testosterone, enclomiphene citrate, and pregnenolone)
I will take before pictures and after pictures once I get to my desired appearance and post them.
Mainly just going to use this journal to post about progress, shortcomings, and pitfalls.
