I decided to cut my screen time down drastically. The past few days, I’ve been going to working with my phone off. Nothing to distract me. Just my thoughts and me for 10 hours. No dopamine spikes after work either. Been coming home to just take a shower and then sit/lay down with my eyes open in silence until it’s time for bed. I really want my brain to get back to baseline.
