Depends on environment to be honest. In hometown yes before QTKS came out but in USA oh boy it was a powerhouse. You saw it yourself.

HoM financing and money scripting start kicking in. I have a tendency to spend money on uber eats which seems to be lower and lower since adding HoM so I have more income to spend on other things specifically learning and travel.
HoM is the networking powerhouse even internal results speaking. I stopped being a douche when I text some people in that I think about what I should text first and then send it so that it would be better for forming deeper relationships with those people which so far has worked.
I think I may be a bit high horse so to speak. I noticed I sometimes make my results seems but when I check and realize what they are especially in the network side of things their exactly what something like Stark we’re supposed to make me achieve. Like I don’t notice getting better at networking or having more high value connections until looking into it and realizing holy my social circle is completely different in a good way then a few years back.

HoM been giving good results the only thing and this might be because I have a dense stack I always get headaches and fatigue when running HoM in my stack. This been a thing since ZPV1 so it’s nothing new. Like I don’t think it’s recon, I still get pretty good internal and external results but I constantly have a big headache and tired to the point of sometimes sleeping 9-10 hours. Also don’t feel as sharp as usual. Like I still get work done and more and I do pretty good work but internally speaking my brain feels mush and as if something is missing maybe some Brain Healing? Maybe QTKS HoM or in the new wealth experience this would be solved but I’m on washout right now anyway so we will see what’s the plan once I’m back.
Also allergy season has been a pain this summer so may do some Paragon just to get rid of the itchiness allergy seasons causes.
Now that I think it of it, it may also be from taking modafinil yesterday which I will stop for now as it takes me sometime to get back in my normal mode after some intense focus on a modafinil day. Only nicotine spray and caffeine for now.
I’m trying to get off caffeine as much as possible. Nicotine Spray helped with that by taking it 3 times a week but the other 4 to keep up the performance caffeine is a must so trying to find a way to solve that missing piece. I thought Modafinil would help for the 2 days but the next day after modafinil is let’s just say not that great.
Maybe Limitless or some QLQ ST1 for one cycle before November for the new wealth experience?
Only time will tell.
Planning to hire a Biohacking coach in the next coming weeks. I have a few different streams of income I want to maximize and only way I can do that is by achieving peak performance which I’m not at right now. I have the brains but I need the cognitive power for it.
A few avenues I can see to improving Biohacking in the meantime:

Brain Diet. I’ve been able to improve it with time but the biohacking coach will help the most for this.

Time-Efficient workouts. I currently workout 1 hour and 30 minutes to 2 hours. It’s not efficient, I get super tired from it because I go all in on my workouts and it’s a lot of time spent. I rather maximize it by doing 45 to 60 minutes workouts. Ideally 4 times a week.

Reality Shifting Results which will be results where I can clearly see it happened because of xyz sub. Some will be kept in the private journal but I will try to have as much as I can in the public one that I can share. This will range from wealth all the way to romance results. Example: Getting a 6 figure job or dating that 10/10 girl will be in this section.
I thought you had been using Whoop. Regarding tracking sleep, it is very similar to the Oura ring, so you do not need to buy it and use Whoop.
For this, I would propose a few supplements which can give you more energy.

Cistanche
And for improvement of sleep try mouth tape at night.
Apparently the competitive advantage of OURA is that it has better and more accurate sleep metrics then WHOOP so that’s why.
