I tried. Yet somehow as soon as I switch subs it fades.
My KB4, Lovebomb, Inner Voice, Gratitude EMbodiment (+More) Custom gives that, yet it fades so quickly.
A few things that might help:
-
Community: A found family can fill the void a biological family leaves behind.
-
Volunteering/mentorship: Become the support you wish you had. Over time, you start to embody that internal validation while doing good for someone else.
-
Goals outside yourself: Pursuing goals with a broader social impact can help you connect more deeply with others and feel a greater sense of accomplishment. The gym, yoga, and cutting back on screens are great wins, but they’re all about improving yourself. Those wins can start to feel empty once you stop seeing immediate results. When you help others, you get to see the effect it has on them, and that sense of accomplishment tends to last longer than a personal milestone.
Thank you.
That actually sounds good and helpful
It’s really just a skill, it’s probably one you missed out on due to childhood neglect.
Start small, acknowledge your achievements, tell yourself you’re doing a good job even if it doesn’t feel like it. That validation needs to be practiced internally. A part of you is seeking it and another part of you can provide it.
You just have to decide to give it to yourself and take action towards that. It’s probably not gonna be easy and it’ll feel wrong. But stuff like this, the reasons why you’re like that are less important than moving to where you want to be. A lot of the times missing these key foundational things can make it seem like our problems are more complex than they actually are, it’s just the aversion to being kind to ourselves or treating ourselves with compassion.
In short, your pattern of experiencing emotional neglect has now caused you to neglect yourself. You have to break the cycle internally.
Everyone here has given quite credible advice, and as what @Fractal_Explorer has says, there’s no way that might necessarily be easy.
It might be a good idea to re-add PEACE to your stack to create a baseline where you feel whole, even beyond validation.
Then use GLM to source validation from within. Before then bringing in a heavy hitter like LB.
Either way might probably require a quite a bit of time to work.
Also a good single title to work with is always a great option. I’ve been running seductress and just the scripting in that alone to build my self worth has been doing more than a huge stack. Sometimes I think titles with more broad scope and less depth can help a lot by touching on all different things and help you focus outward if you’re chronically inwardly focused.
Yeah…this is what I was curently trying to achieve with Paragon:Sleep and WB. Not really looking for the dating aspect currently of it, mostly lookign for physical shifting and reality alignment and that feeling of inherent worth. Getting out to the gym and building my body up…in the past I had very impressive results with it…
I guess this question here is allready the process of building all this up.
I just started paragon sleep too lol, so we’re kinda on a similar road. I get it.
I think you’re right, when stuff like this comes up and becomes the center of focus it’s usually an indication something deeper is being worked out. The more movement, the more stuff below gets kicked up to the surface.
If you are looking for a sub recommendation a great fit for you could be Hero Origins.
There is a good amount of physical shifting in a way that helps you use you’re body in a practical manner.
If I where to describe it in one word I would say its the “fulfillment” subliminal. There is a great aspect of mastery in whatever you do that is incredible and makes you feel great about yourself. Along with almost a feeling of invincibility.
Whats so good about it though is the virtue scripting. Truly living aligned with powerful virtues gives you an incredible sense of inner worth. Not acting virtuous because its convenient but because its who you are. Along with the inner strength to back up these virtues even when it is difficult.
From the origins copy:
I asked support about very similar themes and any mother/daddy related self worth wounds, over/underperforming, and feeling like enough instead of feeling the need to do enough are all directly addressed by reforged
Yes, I has. Lots of it.
I asked because I do as well and not feeling a sense of accomplishment is common among those with ADHD. You’re not alone.
I’d say this is a question best answered when looked within, right subs or not. I am and having been dealing with a variant of this question and feeling. What seems to make sense for me is that this feeling, by itself, is not inherently bad or negative. I doubt there is a single one thing that could fully fix that. Reasons, especially strong why’s, can make living with it easier. Amazing days and events can make it seem distant. It might come back deeper and more nuanced, it might not or it could be the same
Perhaps real contentment is boring. Perhaps real peace is boring. Perhaps feeling seen by oneself is the boring & tedious work that eventually looks so large by others who might project into something grand like we could already be doing when we compare ourselves to others who seem to have it figured out. Apologies if this came off negative or hopeless. I no longer view it that way. Feeling good and large is a matter of external events and hormones that are beyond our immediate control. What we can control has only ever been our perspective, that in the long term could move mountains. But lets try to end it on a positive note. Perhaps the cost of a new and better life is the uncomfortable demolition of the old
Great job on doing the hard work btw and good luck
Feels like I am getting a lot of answers…
And the source seems to be what @JCDenton said…Love…
I wont jump subns now …I wanna stick atleast with a cycle for what I am listening to. Though it feels new heartsong could help here…though it feels like I have attached to that energy anyhow with the subs I am running.
Where are you?
I miss you.
I miss myself…
The one I am when I am loving.
The man that is capable of loving…
Forgetting myself when I love…
Opening myself up to you…
Dissolving…yet becoming whole…
I need you in my heart.
Desperatly.
I long for you…cry for you…
Please come…
Show yourself…
Alone I feel incapable…severed…
In my heart there is a cry for you…
Please find me.
If a tree falls in a forest and no one is around to hear it, does it make a sound?
You may have the answer to your own question if you think about the above question.
I get deeper and deeper onto this topic of mine. Wanted to leave it here…
I start to see that this new paradigm…of giving myself acomlishment…fights against the old inner critic program…that tells me to go own go on go on and is never sattisfiable…and it confronts my ego that this (survival) pattern, is no longer usefull.
I guess it will take some time for these programs to change…yet I start to see them for what they are. So to say, there is no space for this new apttern of self acceptance and self love…as somethign else is running in that slot. Makes totally sense when I voice it like that.
I feel like doing a lot sports is really helping my midn to calm down for me to see these aptterns in action without identifiiying with them. And also without fighting them.
Over and out.

There is a lot of great advice here.
Missing a certain feeling can be complicated, yet sometimes oddly simple. We never really know until we try different things. I am a severe child abuse survivor so I absolutely understand the struggle. The struggle for me is self worth, confidence (although PEACE has helped with this) and some other struggles.
One general technique I’ve picked up recently is to write one specific question daily until you see and feel results. This is odd, but it is very powerful and I’ll explain why.
Write out a question that asks yourself how you’ve become the type of person who now has or feels what you think is missing from your life.
So in your case ask the question “How did I become a person who feels and knows he’s (or she, or?) very accomplished.” That’s it. But physically write it out in the morning fairly soon after waking and just before going to bed. Physically writing is very important. It triggers certain things in your mind.
To add to the results you can say the same phrase to yourself a couple of times during the day. It helps but isn’t necessary. Also, don’t overdo it because then you defeat the purpose. Literally only say it twice a day at most.
What this does is it commands your subconscious to find reasons why you are an accomplished person (in your case). The subconscious does not have a choice but to look for reasons why you’re accomplished. At first, it doesn’t last long.
With repetition your subconscious will slowly start to change its focus from lack to even giving you ideas to reinforce the new “fact” that you’re accomplished. It takes time and repetition and some things are more difficult to change than others, but it’s worth trying for a month or two. I’ve had some success using this method. Hopefully it helps you also.
Cheers.
Wow. Thats an interesting linguitisc trick.
Mengling Past and future to trick the subconciousness. I like it.

Yes, i start to get it…stop expecting taking action to feel good and just do it…
As that what i am looking for isnt feelig like i think it shoudl feel but rather i am getting momentum and the part asking for validation getting quieter and quieter and the issue dissoving itself in a different way then what i expected it to be…
