I received the rank update last night, but still no promo code.
I think it gets activated automatically at the checkout .

Once you’ve connected your shopping and forum accounts, you’re good. When the new rank is shown in here, it gets automatically applied on your order.
Put whatever it is you want in your cart, click checkout and it automatically dedtracts the discount.

No. account linking didn’t work for the costume site, so I just paid full price.
Did you realize that q-store and major store are two different shops with different accounts that aren’t connected?
If not, this might be the problem.
If you’ve only linked your major store account to your forum account, you won’t get the discount in the unconnected q-store account.
Did you PM support about reaching the rank and requesting the discount? It’s automatic, not a code. The only code i personally know about is the one time use 30% discount which is unrelated to Sub club elite ranks. Unless something change or another which i am unaware of
