Mind’s eye helps with anything. If you apply the skills from Mind’s Eye to a seduction lense, it could work. You could visualize yourself having amazing conversations. You could visualize yourself having better body language. Or, you could visualize and manifest more of exactly the type of woman you want to speak to.
It’s not directly seduction related, but it’s a powerful tool for life in general - seduction is about presenting yourself as someone that has an awesome life.

Visualizing period can drastically improve your sexual prospects, in or out of a relationship. I can’t speak for ‘out of a relationship’. I’ve definitely gotten pretty exact things out of idle fantasies of my girl when I used Mind’s Eye, though.
