Million Dollar Luther šŸ¤‘

What is Project Blueprint?

Project Blueprint is a rigorous regimen that includes dozens of pills daily, a team of over 30 doctors monitoring Bryan Johnson’s bodily functions, a strict diet of the same daily foods and only 1,977 calories per day, hour-long daily workouts, and a sleep routine that includes wearing blue-light-blocking glasses for two hours before bed. The goal is to reverse the aging process in each and every one of Johnson’s organs in an effort to regain the body of an 18-year-old. It’s also a massive undertaking that cost millions to get up and running and will require an investment of at least $2 million this year alone.

Nothing healthy about this guy… lol.

He’s a vegan which is anti-health (if you know, you know). He’s also on TRT… his body doesn’t produce enough testosterone naturally. People are legitimately insane lmao.

what is it though? how does it look like?

Incredibly healthy organs and body systems, extreme anabolism, testosterone optimization, extreme sleep optimization, extreme recovery, extreme energy, etc.

Everything extreme. I want to become a freak, lol.

Maximum vitality of what is achievable for a human through natural means.

I believe that right now, intuitively speaking I’m at 90%. Meaning, I’m 10% away from the ideal of what I want to be at.

I am looking forward to your tips.

It’s pretty farfetched to say I’m at 90% but my logic behind that is a mixture of intuition and

  • I’m in my absolute prime age-wise
  • I have zero health problems
  • My diet/consumption has been very healthy for a while
  • I feel incredible all the time
  • My sleep is incredibly restful and rejuvenating, my workouts are amazing, I recover fast
  • In the bedroom I have amazing stamina, and I recover from sex very fast
  • My body composition makes people suspicious of peds but I’m completely natty

I’m willing to bet that I’m in the top-percentile in my age bracket. It’s the combination of everything. My cleanliness alone is already extreme (1%). I haven’t met a person who is committed to healthy habits like me, let alone someone in my age group. Everyone eats shit, chugs caffeine, puts bad stuff in their body, drinks alcohol, smokes, etc whatever. Half the guys at the gym I used to go to were on steroids.

I think that if you cut out all of the crap, eat like an all-star athlete, get enough sleep, do progressive resistance training regularly for a few years and keep stress low, etc all while being in your prime age… it’s very easy to be anabolic and gain muscle/lose fat in my opinion.

I’m just very well-rounded and I feel like I’m optimal in many areas. I’m pretty much flying, vibrant and full of energy all the time. Things are too good, but good is not good enough. I need freak-level shit.

Everything gets enhanced when you level up physical health. Your fitness, your sex life, your well-being, your energy, etc. It’s very high ROI to focus on in QoLing lol

But what’s extreme?

For ex. Extreme Energy. Who represents that ā€œExtremeā€ energy? Is it being energized all the time every minute and hour of the day?

How the hell can u measure anabolism… or testosterone optimization or sleep optimization?

I’m being a bit like Bryan Johnson rn, but its valid… you can’t know extreme until you measure it

For me extreme sleep optimization success is whether I just wake up like the terminator from bed everyday with no fatigue and just on…

Extreme Energy is being able to work from 7AM-9PM with laser focus and zero points of fatigue

Extreme Recovery is an odd one, as im always sore from working out lol…

Idk unless you can identify how that exactly looks like, you won’t reach that 100%

Or you might already be at 100% but we have this human urge to optimize and be perfect lol

but that is freak level shit lmaoo

Being super clear headed and energetic… for most of the population that is freak level shit.

again… your already freak level

It just sucks cause we don’t acknowledge how amazing we are doing because its mundane to us lol

Hahahahaha

That’s a good one, for me it’s like having even more energy to workout and go longer, like say working out intensely 2 hours and still having a lot of energy, because body is so optimized, like freak of nature type of shit lol

I’m more than sure that Increasing my antioxidants will push me to 91%,

as for other 9% - zero clue at the moment. However, I got my answer that I need for now hahaha

That’s a really cool looking mushroom.

I don’t know if I should take that though, ROI seems low. I might though, just to see lol.

My skin is quite impeccable because of diet, general health and skin care regimen.

My self-care/hygiene habits are extreme and OCD-like. I’m the guy you see flossing in public washrooms. LMAO.

intermitent fasting no thanks

This is my opinions on Intermittent Fasting, thought I’d write it down because I was told to consider it, which I did.

Intermittent fasting, I used to do it a long time ago. Back when I was doing it, it wasn’t very popular. Now it seems like the popularity has shot up in recent years.

I personally don’t believe in ā€œfastingā€ or having one meal a day.

If you have one meal a day, then the likelihood that you are able to get everything you need nutrition-wise is very unlikely. You want abundance of high level nutrition.

I believe that whoever gets the most amount of optimal nutrition in nature, wins.

Having multiple meals in the day of extremely nutritional dense foods that replenish, boost and support your body, supports anabolism way more than periodically starving one’s self does. Lmao.

Our hunter-gatherers never had that privilege.

In some animal species, the ā€œAlphasā€ have priority access to food resources. They even exhibit dominant behaviors that allow them to obtain the best or largest share of available food.

In wolves for example, the alpha or dominant ones often eat first or have access to the most abundant food sources.

That’s just nature. The top percentile gets the most nutrition and are the healthiest. They have the best genetics and the highest level of vitality. The strongest and most anabolic.

If you took a hunter-gatherer and gave them all the nutrition that they wanted throughout the day, they would be far more healthy in comparison to everyone else. They would be in the top percentile of vitality and health.

Abundance of nutrition > settling for what you can get > straight up malnutrition.

Hunter-gatherers ā€œfastedā€ because they didn’t have a choice (not including religious reasons). Food availability was not guaranteed. They didn’t have the abundance of food that we have in this era. For them, fasting or periods of food scarcity were a natural and unavoidable part of their lives.

The reason why ā€œfastingā€ is relevant today is because although we have abundance of food, people don’t get abundance of nutrition. They eat tons of shit and damage their body. ā€œFastingā€ allows them to reduce that input of toxicity and sluggishness. It ameliorates the damaged metabolism.

Our people are so nutritionally out of shape, that we now voluntarily choose to do what our ancestors had no choice to do. Funny how that works.

Consistent and regular high quality nutrition obliterates ā€œfastingā€. Not even a discussion.

When you have low quality nutrition, then ā€œfastingā€ becomes beneficial. It’s a coping mechanism.

Most people are not eating enriching foods so obviously when they eat junk, it does more harm than good. They’re also unhealthy to begin with so their systems, gut health, digestion, etc is all unoptimized.

I naturally have low body fat and I eat like a monster, while always having energy.

Fasting isn’t anabolic… it’s catabolic. Ew. (lmao)

Improve your health from the inside out through nutrition, optimization, exercise, etc and you will naturally become more anabolic. You don’t have to rely on self-induced periodic starvation (lmao).

Hormonal balance, organ health, cardiovascular health, etc.

You want to naturally optimize your body in a way that promotes the utilization of fat as a fuel source. That is tied to a lot of general health things in your body. For example, a strong cardiovascular system supports that (improved blood flow, improved oxygen supply, more efficient mitochondria, higher fat metabolism, better insulin sensitivity). Everything is from inside out… there are no quick fixes.

Everything I do and consume must enhance anabolisms.

Regarding the abundance of food, I came to a few studies. I am not that guy who thoroughly studies scientific research but rather listens to others presenting to me. I am just lazy ass
And there was a study with caloric restrictions and rats. Simply they were eating less and lived longer, and not just a small amount of time, but like they live more by 25-30%, I am not sure about this number rn, but something like that was it.
I am doing 16/8 (eating in 8 hours window) and I think I get all the good stuff into my body.
Another thing is that my most productive day at work is before lunch which is my first meal. After lunch, my productivity decreased.
Honestly, I did not study this too much so I do not know the exact benefits and flaws, but I am doing it for many years.
I am happy with it and I also save time for breakfast and can work right away

Also, I did not see any change in my workouts either on an empty stomach or after eating.
Maybe workouts on an empty stomach are slightly better.

And forgot to mention that with this fasting I can maintain my healthy body weight better.

For sure, this isn’t just exclusive to rats. There are many studies done on calorie reduction in animals which improved their life span.

However, calorie intake is far different from nutrition. One can consume a high number of calories without obtaining adequate nutrition.

For example: If your diet mainly consists of foods that are low in nutrients and high in unhealthy things like processed sugars, unhealthy fats and sodium etc. Someone can eat fast food all day and get in 3000 calories, while having extremely poor nutrition.

In the animal studies on caloric restriction, they reduce caloric intake while ensuring that the animals receive all necessary nutrients to maintain proper health.

That’s really interesting, because… if you are getting more calories and it isn’t providing necessary nutrients, those calories categorize as poor nutrition. In short, these studies are less about reducing calories and more about optimizing nutrition.

At least, in my opinion. Lol.

My premise for multiple meals a day, is by getting in the most amount of high quality nutrition possible. That means all of your body systems are being supported, so they’re in optimal health.

When you spread out your meals throughout the day and include nutrient-dense foods, you are constantly supporting the function of all your body systems. Your body becomes a powerhouse of vitality that is in a constant cycle of replenishment and nourishment… on a ROI that is so high, that the mere act of ingestion itself just makes you healthier. That is how it’s meant to be. We consume to nourish.
