Actually, the problem with green tea was not about thein but because of EGCG.
I don’t know man lol, something is sketchy about the green teas to me. Like this kind of stuff:
I’m skeptical of herbs, plants and shit lmao
I like green tea but rather drink white tea. This has however the same origin but nevertheless, one green tea a day could not hurt your testosterone that much I would guess. Everyone has their own favorite beverage and I think green tea is much more healthy than for example Coca-cola or Pepsi or other sodas.
Water lol
This I consider as a staple and not worthy to mention but yes.
But I have a ritual to drink a morning cup of white tea, it is just pleasant.
When I drink water these days, it gives me insane amounts of dopamine, lol.
“Bro it’s just water -confused face-”
My dopamine receptors are so desensitized and spongey, they’re like hyper children, I get high from doing things that people consider menial. It’s freakin amazing. Shitt
Probably a placebo but a placebo is always better than nothing. What type of water do you drink? Tap, mineral, or something else?
I did normal tap but today I bought a mineral but in plastic bottles
Damn didn’t know this lmao, all those studies. Well most are done in rat models, so take ‘em with a grain of salt.
I was a big matcha drinker for years, always had high T
damn I was stacking all of these LMAO
Royal Jelly + Microdose Shrooms =super fun
Tap water, lmao
It’s definitely placebo, lol. Feels good to get dat dere hydration. Maximize dat dere gainz and get all the benefits of drinking water, feels amazing. Makes you stronger, smarter, faster, more attractive, healthier, better. H20 molecules are like candy.
Feels good man… feels good
Fuckk yeah
I was actually going to troll you and say rainwater. Then go on about how who needs expensive filtration systems when you can just stick a bucket outside and hope for the best. How it’s part of my family heritage and that I was taught meteorological patterns throughout my upbringing. I spared you though lol
I don’t really like the term “less is more”.
Nah, lol.
MORE is more.
Whatever happened to “the bigger the better.”

I don’t know if anyone has seen the movie Kung Fu Panda (2008) when they were younger.
It’s an animated comedy film for the family (rated PG).
So in the movie, the villain seeks power. He attempts to steal the Dragon Scroll which is said to contain the secret to “limitless power and knowledge”.
Then it’s revealed that the Dragon Scroll is blank and basically nothing more than a mirror that shows you your own reflection.
God damn. If you know you know, lol.
You wouldn’t think that Kung Fu Panda of all movies would have a deep esoteric message like that.
LMAO. What the hell.
Not sure why I remembered that today. Crazy
Nah lmao I think the nuance is really confusing “less is more” with marginal benefit and diminishing returns.
Life is good.
Pretty rare that a new month starts off on a Monday.
It’s that time…
It’s time to pop off.
