Microloop Question

Hey so was wondering if i should stick with 1m or 3m when it comes to microloops
im running 2 Titles Ascension ZPv2, RM ZPv2

how do i choose which is best for me?
should i follow which gives me most immediate results? or its decided by long term effects?

first day i did 1m i felt immediate results with posture, calmness within and such other stuff

however i did 3m today but i felt posture is lacking and the results didnt feel as strong as day one and i felt a bit of mild fatigue after doing 3m of both titles

do i follow which gives me immediate and strong results cause that might mean its a sweetspot?

Important To Note :
ive been off subs for about 2 years now and i just started on the 13th of January with 1m of each title
so maybe those strong effects that i felt is just a regular effect from introducing something new and that it has nothing to do specifically with the 1m loops and 3m loops differences

no. it can be 1 or 3 min

There you have your answer , Fatigue is mixture of Overload n recon .
Unless you have some mindblowing results from 3 min , reduce the exposure

It was called that when it was first introduced. But I think Saint changed the definition of microloops later down the line.

So anything below the full 15 mins is now a microloop. Technically speaking.

Try 2 mins and see how it is. If you still get fatigue, go back to 1 min for a week or two.

Stick with the 1 min for a while and be mindful of the improvements. I’ve been down the road of upping exposure thinking it would be better, 90% of the time it’s not worth it. When you plateau and don’t notice as much that’s when you up the exposure. Don’t fall into the trap of thinking you’re missing out or you need to run more to attain some benefits. Save yourself the headache. I’ve made this mistake more times than I can count trust me.

yeah guess will do 1m again, felt results were backwards with 3m

but its my 2nd day nonetheless, will keep on with 1minutes

the 1m results were very great id be happy with them growing with time,

ive ran subs for over 2 years in the past and i wasnt satisfied with the results, guess i was overloading maybe almost of the time back then, but wof 1m changes were nuts

Less exposure means less information that your brain has to process.
That leads to faster results to come out.

pick a duration that you’re comfortable with.
