Micro vs Full Loops

Hi all. Am I thinking too linearly when I feel I’d get a better result if I listen to a full loop of a stack vs microloops?

This website is very content-rich (so many nuggets), but it’s hard for me with a brain injury to research and read everything to have a better understanding. I imagine that the loops are like a lecture, and if I miss a portion of the lecture, I’m not receiving the benefit of what I missed. Is there a script that’s being said that we can’t hear that I’d be missing out on if I did microloops?

I did full loops of two subs on day one, did one full loop of a different one on day two, and rested today. I’ve been an emotional mess for nearly 3 years, so it’s hard for me determine if there’s reconciliation going on.

Also, I have Seductress. There seem to be a lot of options for men with seduction, charisma, attractive aura, magnetism, etc. I have Seductress, ToH and Love Bomb. Is there something for women that is equal to GLM, but more feminine that attracts men, or can even be attractive to a specific person? I’m open to customs.

I always have trouble finding this post, but hopefully it answers your question a bit

I totally understand the not wanting to miss out on the script thing. But here’s how I see it. It’s an illusion. If you don’t have the capacity to integrate a full loop it’s a lot of wasted energy and frustration. The parts you thought you were missing out on you’ll probably miss out on anyway.

It’s almost always better to start small and build up gradually to see when the recon kicks in. Especially if there are other emotional factors in your life. Those things absolutely will effect your ability to integrate the sub and should be taken into consideration.

When it comes to growth with these subs I try to think in terms of calm steady and consistent change over going for radical shifts. I have overdone it a lot in the past, it took me quite a while to stop falling into the trap of feeling like I wasn’t doing enough and consequently listening to too much of the sub.

To put it into a simple example.
It’s like learning math.
The sub is like a math book covering everything from first grade to university level.
Do you miss stuff when you focus only on elementary school level math?
Of course.
But could you handle the stuff you miss?
Probably not.
Work yourself though the book. Chapter by chapter. If you do this, one day you can start your PhD.
If you read everything you’re getting much to much information to process properly in the beginning.

Same with subs.

Plus the new Elizabeth and Cleopatra subs for women being developed. One is replacing AfW.

I’m not sure one is actually a replacement.
Iirc AfW ahouldnget an update.
Elisabeth should be the female version of Emperor and Cleopatra the female Version of GLM.

If that’s the case I’m definitely running Cleopatra!!

If it’s about developing a feminine side the way GLM develops a masculine side then as a male I am sold.

The current GLM is sold as unisex and I hope Cleo will also be as well built in this more universal scripting method.
