Yes, I do meditate but it’s a hit and miss.
I am interested in mastering mindfulness and learning how to observe all my thoughts but so far it hasn’t been easy.

Can you observe nature until your mind gets still and you see everything is alive?
Can I say I can’t?
I don’t know why it is so difficult for me…
Should I start from QLST1?
That’d be my preference. Won’t take long to arrive at the vaunted QLST3.
Thanks I will think about it. Have been seriously considering running all stages of Quantum Limitless for quite a while anyway…
Because you think you need to reject some thoughts, mind states, or mental activity as ‘unacceptable’.
That’s the secret:
All of it is good. Grist for the mill.
Realize that and mindfulness becomes the easiest thing in the world. It’s just staying plugged in to what’s happening.
The secret is there is no secret.
Silencing the mind or at least working toward it by the tool of meditation will take a lot and by that I mean a ton of work over a long period of time, it’s one of the art that should be really practiced everyday no excuse whatsoever even if it’s only 15 min
More than a hit or miss it’s a subbtle progress
Most of the time you won’t even really see that you’ve progressed
But from time to time you’ll have some “wow” moment because you’ll sinply notice in a flash that you’re a LOT more aware of many things
Plus people around you will slowly look and feel like they’re literraly robots functionning on a program without trying to better it
At that point you’ll know you’ve made tremendous progress, it’s still no reason to look them from above and feel superior, you’ve just become more conscious it’s by no mean a superiority trait but it does help a lot in your own life, and even can lead to help your close ones because by understanding yourself you start to understand widder psychological mechanism
All of that just by observing
It recquires a lot of honesty toward yourself that’s the most important quality to boost your progress
It doesn’t mean to be rude and cursing yourself when you observe things that are less confortable about you, it’s more about aknowledging who you are and the flow of thoughts that construct your personnality
By becoming aware of them you can guard your mind and become more easily who you wish to be and reject thoughts that you deem destructive
Mindfullness is the same, but usually a bit less intense, from my point of view it’s more raising your day to day awareness in every acticity when you have the opportunity to do so, the benefit range is similar
It’s a long journey but you only have to start a bit everyday, and slowly grind up
If there was one journey you shouldn’t picture in your mind or try to see the end of it that would be the one, doing so will only decourage you since it doesn’t have any end really
But it will trully make you the resilient person you want to be, since you’ll be so wired into enjoying each and every little step of that adventure
I hope it helped you seing how that journey typically unfold !
Try looking into Wim Hof breathing and Vipassana Meditation. Breathwork is such an underutilized tool for meditation. It immediately silences your mind because you start consciously focusing on your breathing rather than your thoughts.
