Meditating to subs or relaxing deeply results....is this a coincidence or is it something there

So I’ve been using a device that relaxes you and calms your body completely. I’m naturally an anxious person. So I use this device (I won’t name it because I’m not trying to promote It)

I’ve only been using it for a week and a half now but some pretty mind boggling things have been happening that haven’t happened before all related to the subs I’ve ran(last run) or running.

Ever since using this relaxation device, I’ve been getting matches left and right on my old dating profile as before I didnt and I haven’t changed anything but the bio intro and tweaked some few words, one match lives close and wants to do the nasty nasty but she’s not really attractive enough. The other one is beautiful and lives kind of far, she’s more of a playing hard to get, both verified and real. Then matched yesterday with a girl I matched and talked with long long time ago but we stopped talking for months and then last night she matched with me out of nowhere after using this device.

Then today I got an interview for a high paying job, actually after I had done a relaxation session in the morning at like 11am or 12 something, got the interview notice at 1:20pm…I had applied months ago for that job and never had anything like this happen.

The subs I’m running are LBFH custom, WB name embed and limitless executive

I don’t use the device the same time as I listen to the subs, I use it when I’m not using the subs

I still feel like crap and doubt myself etc but literally getting results that I don’t usually get that are in my face…

Is there any theory to why deeply relaxing might cause this or if all this is just circumstantial… they say causation is not correlation but damn, too many coincidences to say its a one off thing

ps its not the neuro device I asked about on the forum

I know the subs are still processing when we are not actively running them and I know either saint or fire mentioned that meditating to subs create effective results

only con is I’ve been feeling like everyone hates me, I still get recon, but maybe not as bad as it should be

again not trying to promote any particular device…just a theory or an idea

Firstly, congratulations! I’m happy for you.

Secondly, are you asking why cultivating an open receptive heart and attitude; and relaxing and releasing excessive tension might allow a more robust flow of beneficial developments into your life?

Well, the fact that you even frame and pose the question in this way is somewhat indicative of your current mindstate, so I’ll respond like this:

You are, and have always been, powerful. There are powers, resources, and capacities that are available to you as a thinking and feeling being. One set of those powers has to do with Gatekeeping: Determining the degree and type of influences that are allowed to populate your experience and influence your life.

You have been using your gatekeeping resources throughout life, and you will continue doing so throughout your life. As an example, your complex biological immune system is one example of your Gatekeeping power.

The power of Gatekeeping can suppress or lessen harmful influences in your life, but if it is unbalanced, it can also suppress helpful influences. Often times this will happen because you are, on some level, threatened or overwhelmed by the day-to-day conditions associated with those helpful influences. (In short, if your postman is covered with tattoos, wearing 2 ammo belts, and carrying a very large machete, you may not open the door when he rings. As a result, you may not get any of the checks people are mailing to you.)

Fear, Trauma, Pain, and Confusion all cause us to turn the dial up very high on our Gatekeeping functions. We end up rejecting or pushing away many harmful and beneficial things. Relaxing, when it is healthy relaxation and not excessive or dysregulated relaxation, can begin a process of inviting more accurate, balanced, and functional gatekeeping and receptivity.

So, that is one (of many) ways to explain how Relaxation can sometimes be helpful.

Health and Benefit are based on balance. When relaxation is too much it is not helpful. When tension is too much it is also not beneficial.

Relaxation activates the parasympathetic nervous system.

Parasympathetic = relaxation, rest and digest
Sympathetic = fight / flight and other f words.

Both are kind of controlled using the vagus nerve pathway.

Digest = not just physical digestion, but processing your backlog. Processing the script.

Some people use humming or mantras to activate or tone their vagus nerve. Mindfulness and breathing exercises also do the same kind of thing.

Anxiety is kind of like ripples in the pond of the mind. If you drop a stone in that pond you won’t be able to see the effect clearly if there’s too much disturbance.

This is pretty standard stuff. Even with my nightly sessions I see the difference in my attempts to lucid dream, and in the quality of the imagery I’m getting.

Makes sense, maybe thats why hypnotists use relaxation techniques

Before I used sub club I had stumbled across someone. I won’t mention them but I always wondered what was with the breath work focus in his files.

Now I’m pretty certain he was aiming to stimulate the vagas nerve.

I did some experiments since last night. If you play around with this stay near the restroom.
