What is the maximum of experimental cores you allow to create a custom with?
I do the standard listening schedule and did a loop of LBfH Ex today on my off day.
And it’s absolutely no problem
I get the notion that It boosts the other programs.
do you allow me to create a 3-4 core custom??
Or do you advise against it??

@Leandros - try with 3 Cores. Maybe it will work for you but also realize that it is an experiment.
I was very hungry at the time I opened this question,but today after I stood up I realized that my head is occupied from just one loop more than the recommended listening schedule.
So it’s over, I stay with the guidelines.
@Lion it was actually your post about doing 4 Experimental titels in 2 days with no recon and overload that get me hungry for more.
