Is there any program, stack or custom directly focused on mastering communication skills (I don’t mean social skills although it’s strongly related) and changing you into someone who is really proficient in that art?

A Custom with Ascension, Sex & Seduction, and Daredevil with Charisma & Flirting Improver, Dragon Tongue, Ares, Attachment Destroyer, Iron Frame, Ego Adsum, Deliverance Discordia, Lion IV, All-Seeing, and a few other speech and communication-related modules.
I would try to stick below 14 modules and not exceed that number to keep your Custom focused and to the point. Your added modules above those that I’ve mentioned should possibly be related to feeling good in your skin and or feeling good in your being, such as; Joie De Vivre, Blue Skies, perhaps The Flow – just to feel good in life as that attracts people massively.

I think stark Q would helpo you in that. but it will likely make you feel too distracted.
I think somebody requested a public speaking module, something like able to do presentation effectively 
I believe Dragon Tongue is the manifesto of that, however, I’d love to see a Title for communication in general; something akin to Mind’s Eye, Ascension, Mogul, Daredevil, or Power Can Corrupt in size.

It would be something like that but I meant something which would improve the vital aspects of communication like body language, speaking fluency etc. oriented on meeting your ends in social context. The better you communicate the better chance you have to succeed in life they say. Also they say everything is communication.

I’ve tried Stark and it was more about connecting with people and picking up social cues rather than on effective communication.

Id love if someone experienced would write down all the modules to excel in such area that complement each other.
i havnt tried true social & daredevil so feedback about these would be great too.
You could create a separate topic and ask about the combo social + daredevil.
Quantum Learning would be your best bet. It’s oriented to learn anything. I saw a journal where the user improved his public speaking ability.
QL lite is included in EmperorQ but if one wanted to boost the learning aspect one could use Beyond Limitless Ultima which is great.
