Played my loop of Khan Black stage 3 just now at around 5:30. I was hit by a gust of sleepiness, like what sometimes hits between 3 pm and 5 pm, especially if you skipped breakfast and are having a post-lunch blood-sugar spike.
Then when the loop ended I was left feeling kind of relaxed, calm, and rested. Lasting until now.

Finding myself ‘living in the future’ a bit with regard to subliminals. It happens whenever I get into a planning phase. I have to come back to earth and remember that I’m already playing, and processing, incredible resources right now.
Played a loop of Genesis: Mogul today and maybe 20 minutes later a loop of Khan Black 3. I love Genesis: Mogul. It seems to be empowering and energizing my purpose and directions quite a bit.
My next play period is scheduled to start on 24 February. Good chance that that’s when I’ll start Khan Black 4 and my new BUILD custom.
A key to remember is that the custom is very much an organic extension of what I’m playing right now, as well as what I’ve been working to build over the last few years. So, we’re hopefully taking things up a level, but it’s also Business As Usual. (Hmmm…Business As Usual may be a good title for a maintenance custom that I create a few years from now.)

Opinion:
A relationship is a Space, like a house, or an arena, or a dancehall.
To work properly a space needs to be ABOUT something. It needs to hold and accommodate meaningful activities, and it makes it possible for those events and activities to take place.
No swimming pool? Well you’re not going swimming.
But at the same time:
No swimmers? Not much reason for you to be keeping that swimming pool.
I think that relationships are similar. They are Interpersonal Spaces. They get their meaning, their stability, and their purpose, from the purposeful processes and events that happen inside of them. That’s what they are ABOUT.
But a lot of people treat relationships like ends in themselves. “I want to be with somebody.”
Okay, that’s fine.
You want to be with somebody, doing WHAT?
It’s important to think about that, and choose. Otherwise, it’s going to get chosen for you. And whatever got chosen for you? That’ll be what you end up fighting about.
Your relationships are spaces to hold your and others’ purposes, your and others’ lifestyles.
That means you need to have a purpose and have a lifestyle if you want the relationship to work properly.
In other words, IT NEEDS A CONTEXT.
Something bigger than, ‘uhh… I’m lonely and I predict that I’ll be happy just sitting here staring at you for the next 40 years’.
That’s usually going to last you about 3 weeks to 3 months. By then you’ll already be fighting. Not because you are terrible people, but because people without a purpose start fighting and complaining. It’s just the way we are.

I’m thinking that ‘nostalgia’ may be much more about existential adjustment and pivoting, than about history and change (which is what it seems to be about).

The point of existential angst is that we are being invited to take a larger role in the creating of our life stories. At first that seems like a terrible thing. We want someone else to ‘tell us what it all means’. But even if we drag our feet, we eventually see that whoever that is will be making it all up just as much as we would be.
Eventually, we develop the taste for being involved.

Instead of just planning on the basis of what you want, also base your plans on what you’re doing, plan to do, want to do.

So now my stack is comprised of two customs, BUILD and PHENOMENAUT Genesis.
I plan to play them in alternating play periods.
Next play period I’ll play BUILD. One after that I’ll play PHENOMENAUT Genesis. And so on.
I’m envisioning them as alternating footfalls; supporting forward movement.
It occurs to me that since I’ll only be running one essential program in each play-period, that could give me one space each play-period where I can have a little fun trying out other subliminals that I have not had the chance to run.
