Nice meditation session just now.

Today’s went deep.

Not on a philosophical level, but, again, on a somatic, physiological level.

Mixed bag.

Because I’ve been dealing with this persistent neck pain, a kind of muscle strain, for the past few days.

It was lessening and I just tried to let it go, but today it intensified a bit more, so I finally purchased some Ibuprofen and took it. It was not a miracle reaction. But it did help a bit.

Today, I needed to hit the ground running with work, so I didn’t meditate in the morning. But just now, I found a window, 2:50 to 3:50.

And complete with the cervical spine region pain, I had a great meditation practice.

Grateful.

Now I have 2 meetings. Switched them to online so I could stay at home and rest a bit more.

One last meeting for tonight. In 30 minutes. This one was originally a group meeting. I switched it to online.

Now that I’m not meditating with subliminals anymore, something that I’ve started to do is to leave more time between programs.

To give the first program a little bit more time to breathe.

Back when I was meditating with them, I would usually leave 15 minutes silence between program one and program two. Now I might leave hours between them.

Tonight was the first time I ran a full 15-minute loop of my QTKS Phenomenaut Genesis custom. I’m somehow feeling really great. Like a very calm euphoria.

I don’t remember quite feeling this before.

Hangover to come? We’ll see. But, wow.

Woke up this morning with neck pain significantly lessened. I ran a full-loop of my QTKS custom around 10 pm. Then a loop of Khan Black Stage 3 around 1 am. Slept pretty well though.

The light, quick, airy energy-feeling was still with me when I woke up. Is still with me actually. It’s a subtle sensation. Really interesting.

Had the luxury of meditating from 8:55 am to 9:55 am today.

I’ll be processing, circulating, and integrating whatever is going on right now. So, I’ll just keep monitoring.

I experienced a subtle energy elevation or ‘high’.

Interestingly, it started last night after playing a full loop of the QTKS custom, but before playing Khan Black Stage 3.

But when I woke up today I felt that the energy circulation was also related to KB. That’s wild because that was only my 2nd loop ever of that program.

The question for me is, as I already said last night, how does this energetic cycle play out? It’s too soon to tell. I can still feel the energetic pulse effect now. Things haven’t passed or quieted just yet.

It’s also interesting because last night was my first ever full 15-minute loop since I started playing PHENOMENAUT Genesis QTKS on 18 October. I didn’t experience this when I was in the original QTKS trial, but it reminds me a little of what some of the others described. Maybe it’s related to the script content? Back then, the custom’s program cores were different: Emperor and Quantum Limitless.

Well, in any case, here we are.

The order of the day is Action and Projects.

Working those out.

Between my customs and the rest, I’m currently processing 5 Major Program Cores:

Revelation of Spirit, Revelation of Mind, Genesis, Genesis: Mogul, and Khan Black Stage 3.

I wish there were some way to put all of those into one program. And with Revelation of Body. And just play that every time.

And yes, I am daydreaming about two QTKS customs, #1: Revelation of Mind, Revelation of Body, Revelation of Spirit (for Inner Foundation and Unfolding). #2: Genesis, Genesis: Mogul, and Khan Black Stage 4 (For Energetic Expression and Manifestation).

In the meantime?

The current stack feels perfect.

Feels like I could play this indefinitely.

Just casting about for the perfect listening interval set-up.

I almost never feel that I’m getting disruptive or overwhelming reconciliation.

Sort of.

I’ll have moods or times when my life feels overwhelming or in which I experience discouragement or less hope, energy, or sense of possibilities.

Such moods and cycles are familiar to me over the years. They tend to interact with all of the factors that impact my energy level or state of mind. And so it seems natural enough that subliminals and subliminals processing would be apart of that overall situation.

But there’s rarely any negative experience that seems uniquely and definitively the result of subliminal exposure.

Interestingly, on Monday night and Tuesday I experienced a noticeable energetic ‘high’ after my exposure to a full-loop of the QTKS custom. There was a slight come-down on Tuesday evening. But it was pretty manageable.

Maybe I’m in a new era of more dramatic responses to the programs. Who knows.

In the past, I’ve run everything from Standard to Terminus² and generally felt fine.

One hypothesis I have is that perhaps I have low flow-factor and so my responses are less dramatic.

Another is that I have a lot of grounding going on in my personality, temperament, and nature. Which is actually somewhat overlapping with the previous hypothesis, since that could just be the underlying reason for low flow-factor and less dramatic responses.

Or it could be that neither of those is particularly accurate.

Dunno.

All in all, my reasons for exercising caution and for trying to approximate the listening guidelines have less to do with avoiding sharp reconciliation, and more to do with my fear
of having less effective results and responses to the programs.

Didn’t get enough sleep last night. And had meetings today. Finally meditated in the evening.

I could still feel the after-vibrations of my previous subliminal play on Monday. So, even though today was a scheduled listening day, I am waiting until tomorrow.

I’m floating the idea that I may do best with a full loop. I’ll still work my way up to it gradually.

Just played a loop of Genesis Mogul. It was so smooth that I didn’t even remember that I was playing it until there were just about 10 seconds left. And this was with the masked version with the volume turned up.

Did my 1 loop each of QTKS PHENOMENAUT Genesis and Khan Black Stage 3 this morning.

Had the apartment to myself, so I decided to try playing them in ultrasonic from a Bluetooth speaker.

Ended up meditating at the same time.

Just a one time try-out.

One loop of Genesis Mogul ZP today.

I was seriously considering reducing my stack to 2 titles, due to a 3-title stack getting only one exposure per every 4 days for each program. But at the end of the day, I do not want to sacrifice Genesis Mogul. It’s an important element of my core aspirations. So we continue like this.

One thought I had this morning:

Impatience is an illusion.

You have no apprehension of ‘the future’. You only connect with the present moment. We just pretend to have any sense of the future. The thing you’re impatient for is made-up. In most cases, it’s probably just one more dressed-up version of a desire to reduce discomfort in the present moment. We make up a future that is free from the discomfort, pretend that it’s real, and then generate intense desire for it. And we label this whole charade ‘Impatience’.

It’s actually just garden-variety discomfort.

Reconciliation, such as it is, feels very organically integrated with my normal and daily feelings.

What I’m engaging with are my own growth processes.

I guess one thing that influences my sense of this is that I’ve been working to grow for so long. Long before I ever had access to these resources.

I experienced openings, reconciliation, and reorganizations over the years, and maybe they have become an accepted part of life. Often they are small and subtle; not necessarily dramatic. And this continues now.

At some point, I did experience a slight figure-ground reversal between ego and ‘the world’. My so-called ‘me’ seemed less of a big deal. Not anything near a full enlightenment experience, but it was a significant shift.

More accurately, there have probably been many versions of that kind of micro-shift occurring over the years.

And they continue to occur.

Appreciate everything that arises as a work of art

Something, I think it was probably someone, caused me to wake up at 4:45 this morning.

Ended up going old-school, and having a 5 am to 6 am meditation hour. Haven’t done that in a very long time.

Went back to sleep after that. Got up again at 8 am or so. Then laid down and played PHENOMENAUT Genesis QTKS.

Did my 3 hour morning meeting.

Ordered lunch in my office at 2 30 pm or so. Then around 2:45 pm or 3 pm, enjoyed watching a YouTube video from Slice and Rice while listening to Khan Black stage 3. Light, good-hearted fun from those two. I figured the joy from the food and the good feeling from enjoying them would amplify or facilitate the subliminal.

Last night as I walked home from work, I posed the questions to myself, ‘What do you want to do?’ ‘What do you want?’ ‘What do you want to do next?’

I have a tendency to not even consider these questions.

It took a while but an initial response floated up in my mind. So, I’m going to work with it.

I asked the questions because as I reflected on my central subliminal program, Phenomenaut, it occurred to me that one of its practical expressions would be to support me in generating answers to the question.

Revelation of Mind and Revelation of Spirit are about (among many other things) Purpose. Genesis is about having the Hope and Energy to explore what you want, and having the Will and Courage to act on what you know or want.

It seems like an appropriate practice while running these programs is to ask ‘What Do I Want?’

So, I’ll probably keep asking.

It infuses you with an invigorating surge of motivation, transforming thought into action. This is where ideas take flight, propelled by a newfound drive. It’s akin to having an internal engine that’s always fueled and ready, turning your visions of wealth into tangible, actionable plans.

This paragraph captures a key element of the Genesis line.

And this is one of the central effects that I seek to cultivate. I’ve always been a contemplator, a thinker, a meditator. Lots of inspirations and ideas. Not so much action.

Bridging that gap is a big part of what my sublimninal journey has been (and is) about.

It’s in the meaning of my username, Malkuth.

The birth into sovereign reality. Fruition in Manifestation.

The Genesis programs mean a lot to me.

Right now, PHENOMENAUT Genesis is my flagship custom with the cores, Revelation of Mind, Revelation of Spirit, and Genesis.

But I can see myself ultimately having one custom with the Revelation cores. And another with the Genesis Cores.

That first custom would correspond to KETHER, like a dragon flying through the heavens of Consciousness and Potentiality.

The second custom would correspond to MALKUTH. Solid, substantial, EARTH.

Will that arrangement come to be? We’ll see. Depends on how the programs develop, and on how I do.
