And you can take more at the same time. I was doing for example Cordyceps with Black ant at the same time in a tea.
But be careful, a few times I had a hard time going to sleep, because of too much energy.

It’s so frustrating to be living in Norway for ordering online, I can’t order a lot of these products because they are considered medicines and only health food stores can order them, and the ones I can order I have to pay 25% import tax on!!

But Norway is in The Schengen area so you should order from the EU without import taxes.
Not for products online, the benefits of Schengen is that anyone from EU can travel here freely and come live here but importing most products is taxed.

I use Tribulus, Tongkat ali and shilajit. Works perfect for me
