Major title vs core?

What are the differences between major titles and cores? Am I losing parts of the script when getting cores for a custom?

The difference is the name embedding and customizations you get with customs.

Generally speaking one could say that name embedding should lead to faster results.

So, hypothetically speaking, if you could get a custom without name embedding with just the two cores, there would be no benefit? At least not as far as you know?

In my opinion, I don’t think there would be any benefit in that case. It would be like running two main store titles back to back.

Or close to it. Since there will be only 1 primer in a custom as opposed to 2 primers in both titles (1 per title), so the said custom with no name embedding could reduce some reconciliation.
