Does anyone here works as a consultant / coach(regardless of the topic)? Any experience with one of the major programs?
no direct experience but suspect Dragon Reborn shoudl be you be better coach
I do volunteer coaching as part of a training program I am.
So far the most successful, sub combos I’ve run , that have me make the biggest, most effective
difference for people is my newest custom Emperor, PCC, Primal Seduction, and Inner Circle.
The combo of PCC and Primal Seduction has me seeing people’s weakness and strengths, know how to be in their world and speak their language in the way that get’s through, be more influential for their own benefit, and feel really heard and like I am addressing what matters to them that they didn’t realize until I said it. Emperor seems to support with general authority and cutting through BS, being direct, and straight when needed, and raising people to a higher standard.
That said I don’t think this is the best combo for coaching.
I think that would really depend on the coaches strengths and the field they were in.
I would imagine on paper that Stark would be great for coaching but my experience on it, and from what others have said is that it was low on the ‘listening’ department, although if coaching was one’s field they were choosing to excel in perhaps Stark could be consciously guided.
Do you have any experiencing coaching on Khan?

Yeah, the good thing about Khan is that you are completely detached, so you listen without having a preference for a solution. You are neutral.
The bad thing: I get bored easily. Really, really easy haha.
So far for me, Stark-RM-PS was the best one. Stark gave me the ability to see the cogs of the machine, RN that extra spark of life and PS love of life, joyfulness.
Interested to hear more experiences.
I do some consulting, informally. Business consulting specifically, with friends & family. I also used to do engineering consulting years ago, as my main business.
For me, Stark has been the most significant. I’d imagine PCC and IC would be very helpful as well if there was networking involved. Conversely, Trailblazer would be great if the consulting involved devising technical solutions to problems etc.
It all depends on what kind of coaching/consulting is being discussed.
