Not sure if implemented in Paragon already, Dr Les Fehmi has this program called Open Focus where he teaches you to enter a state to heal your own body.

Some of us with sensitive noses, not sure if it’s a gift or curse but during certain seasons we can sneeze non stop triggering drowsiness; headaches; in ear infections and even tooth aches which gives you sleepness nights with pain.

Fasting has all the benefits, some motivation would be beneficial.

Personal confirmation for me; I recently started 15m morning sun gazing.

Don’t even know why really, just had intuition and been doing it for about a week. I didn’t know you’re supposed to do it in evening too.

Are you familiar with Dr. Coimbra Protocol? I agree sun light is the single most important nutrient and factor in quality of health. As important as sleeping in absolute darkness and reducing exposure to screens a couple of hours before bed.

Im gonna leave some info here about the protocol to complement your wonderful information, in the hope ita considered in Paragon. Not the Coimbra protocol itself of course, but the underlying principles.

" What is the Coimbra Protocol?

The Coimbra Protocol is a medical treatment developed by Dr. Cicero Coimbra, a Brazilian neurologist, that uses personalized high doses of vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) to manage autoimmune diseases. It aims to restore immune system balance and achieve long-term remission by addressing underlying vitamin D dysregulation.

The protocol works by delivering high doses of vitamin D3 to overcome “resistance” in the vitamin D system (detailed below), thereby enhancing the body’s immune-modulating effects. Vitamin D acts as an immunomodulator: it promotes regulatory T-cells (which suppress overactive immune responses) and reduces pro-inflammatory TH17 cells, helping to curb autoimmunity at the cellular level

What Is It Recommended For?

Primarily autoimmune and inflammatory diseases where vitamin D resistance plays a role. It’s used for:

Multiple sclerosis (MS) and related conditions like optic neuritis.
Psoriasis, rheumatoid arthritis, vitiligo, and Crohn’s disease.
Other immune-mediated issues, such as type 1 diabetes or lupus (though evidence is emerging).

It’s positioned as an alternative or adjunct to immunosuppressants for patients who don’t respond well to standard therapies, focusing on root-cause immune rebalancing rather than symptom suppression.

Vitamin D3 Resistance

Vitamin D resistance refers to a reduced responsiveness to vitamin D, where standard doses (e.g., 1,000–4,000 IU/day) fail to activate the vitamin D receptor (VDR) effectively, leading to persistent immune dysregulation. This is often acquired (not hereditary) and hypothesized as a key driver of autoimmune diseases.

Relation to Sunlight

Sunlight is the natural source of vitamin D, and the protocol draws from this physiology. The body produces about 10,000–20,000 IU of vitamin D3 from 20–30 minutes of midday summer sun exposure on 25–50% of skin (without sunscreen), equivalent to a “physiological” dose. This natural production supports immune health, but modern factors like indoor lifestyles, northern latitudes, and sunscreen reduce it—correlating with higher autoimmune rates (e.g., MS prevalence increases farther from the equator).

The protocol amplifies this by providing oral equivalents of what sunlight would deliver, especially for those with resistance or limited exposure. It doesn’t replace sunbathing but encourages safe outdoor time for additional benefits like nitric oxide production (for vascular health). However, excessive sun without protocol oversight isn’t recommended due to skin cancer risks.

Leave some ideas for the rest of us bro!

Jokes aside, thank you for the detailed answer, you really made me think deeply
about what can be useful to suggest for new kickass Paragon.

Just so I understand your post(I took a second read), it can be summed up as:

Sun>every diet and supplement?

Vitamin D supplements (Cholecalciferol) are hella toxic and interfere with other hormone processes. It is a secosteroid steroid hormone that suppresses the immune system. Look up Secosteroid Hormone D Facebook group. It lays it all out.

Bottom line you cannot get the power of the sun from a pill or liquid.

Ok I will watch that, but what about the rest? The principles behind it. Assuming we are going to get our Vitamin D from the sun.

Just in case
Im not here to vouch for any specific methodology, but to help distill some common ground between them thats actually useful and achievable with Paragon.

General Disclaimer: Im not recomending taking large doses of Vitamin D, dont PM me about it, if you are in pain or have a disease, please go see a doctor.

Psycho-Neuro-Immunology (PNI)

(PNI), is an interdisciplinary field that investigates the bidirectional interactions between psychological processes (like thoughts and emotions), the nervous system, and the immune system. It explores how mental states influence physical health and vice versa, drawing from psychology, neuroscience, immunology, and related disciplines.

Emotions and stress are core to PNI, as they directly impact immune function through neural and hormonal pathways. Stress, particularly chronic or early-life stress, activates the HPA axis, leading to elevated cortisol and pro-inflammatory cytokines (e.g., IL-6, TNF-alpha), which can mimic infection responses and cause inflammation even without a pathogen. Emotions like anxiety, fear, or anger, processed in the limbic system, influence immune cells via neuropeptide receptors, altering cytokine production and immune cell activity. For instance, short-term stress may enhance immune vigilance, but chronic stress suppresses T cells, B cells, and natural killer cells, increasing vulnerability to illness.

Meta-analyses show that naturalistic stressors, such as marital conflict or loneliness, dysregulate immunity, with effects like increased white blood cells and reduced antibody responses. The vagus nerve plays a key role here, transmitting cytokine signals from the body to the brain, triggering a “sickness response” that includes fatigue, reduced appetite, and mood changes to conserve energy for healing.

PNI research highlights how stress and emotions contribute to autoimmune diseases by disrupting immune homeostasis. Chronic stress promotes prolonged cytokine release, leading to inflammation that can trigger or exacerbate autoimmune conditions where the immune system attacks healthy tissues.

Chronic pain is deeply intertwined with PNI, as neuro-immune interactions amplify pain signals through inflammation and sensitization. In conditions like fibromyalgia (FM), irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), and chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS), stress and emotions trigger neurogenic inflammation, where neurons activate immune cells (e.g., mast cells) to release mediators like histamine and cytokines, heightening pain sensitivity.

Trauma Releasing Exercises (TRE)

also known as Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises, is a body-based therapeutic modality developed by Dr. David Berceli, a bioenergetics analyst and trauma expert. It involves a series of seven simple, gentle exercises designed to activate the body’s natural neurogenic tremor mechanism—a reflexive shaking response observed in animals and humans after stress or trauma—to release deep-seated physical tension, emotional stress, and trauma stored in the muscles and nervous system. Unlike talk therapy, TRE is non-cognitive and self-regulated, allowing individuals to induce tremors in a controlled manner, typically in a resting “butterfly” position after fatiguing the psoas and leg muscles. This process targets the psoas muscle (a key “fight-or-flight” reservoir) and the autonomic nervous system (ANS), promoting homeostasis without requiring retelling of traumatic events.

TRE addresses emotions and stress by leveraging the body’s innate tremoring to discharge pent-up survival energy from the nervous system, shifting the ANS from chronic sympathetic (fight-or-flight) dominance to parasympathetic (rest-and-digest) balance. This reduces hyperarousal, anxiety, and emotional dysregulation often rooted in unresolved trauma, fostering greater emotional resilience, grounding, and self-regulation. For instance, tremors help release suppressed emotions like fear or anger stored somatically, leading to improved mood, reduced irritability, and enhanced optimism as measured by flourishing scales.

According to TRE principles, chronic stress and unresolved trauma dysregulate the ANS and HPA axis, contributing to autoimmune diseases by perpetuating low-grade inflammation and immune overactivation—conditions where the body attacks itself, as seen in multiple sclerosis (MS), rheumatoid arthritis (RA), Crohn’s disease, and fibromyalgia. TRE helps by resetting the ANS through tremors, reducing cortisol-driven inflammation and restoring vagal tone, which modulates immune responses.

TRE views chronic pain as a manifestation of trapped trauma and tension in the myofascial system, where neurogenic inflammation and central sensitization amplify signals via stress-induced cytokines and muscle guarding.

Stress as a Key Driver of Autoimmune Diseases and Pain:

Stress as a Key Driver of Autoimmune Diseases and Pain:

  • PNI: Chronic stress activates the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal (HPA) axis, increasing cortisol and pro-inflammatory cytokines (e.g., IL-6, TNF-α), which disrupt immune balance, triggering or exacerbating autoimmune conditions and chronic pain via neurogenic inflammation.
  • TRE: Stress locks the autonomic nervous system (ANS) in sympathetic hyperarousal, fueling inflammation and autoimmune flares; neurogenic tremors release this stress, reducing cytokine-driven pain and immune overactivity.

Emotions Modulate Immune Function and Pain:

  • PNI: Emotions like anxiety or depression, processed in the limbic system, alter immune cell activity via neuropeptide receptors, increasing inflammation and pain sensitivity in conditions like rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and fibromyalgia.
  • TRE: Suppressed emotions from trauma, stored somatically, contribute to immune dysregulation and pain; tremors release these emotions, reducing inflammation and improving symptoms in autoimmune diseases.

Trauma’s Impact on Immune Dysregulation and Pain:

  • PNI: Early-life or chronic trauma induces epigenetic changes in stress genes, increasing autoimmune risk (e.g., lupus, MS) and amplifying pain through central sensitization and cytokine release.
  • TRE: Trauma traps survival energy in muscles (e.g., psoas), driving inflammation and pain; tremors release this energy, reducing autoimmune symptoms and pain in conditions like MS and fibromyalgia.

TL;DR

To me this are the things I would love Paragon to have:

  • Reframing of experiences that causes short-term stress, so they get resolved as they happen and not contribute to chronic stress.
  • Resolution of chronic stress and its causes.
  • Reframing of experiences that cause emotions like anxiety, fear, or anger, that trigger short-term stress.
  • Laser focus Trauma resolution, only for the Trauma that causes or triggers Chronic Pain and/or Auto Immune Disease.
  • Guidance to Practices and Mentors which helps us release pain, tension and stress from the body in a natural, healthy way.
  • Guidance to practices, habits and behaviors that promotes immunoregulatory mechanisms

Of course some of these things are included in Dragon Reborn, Phoenix and titles like that, which work in a much broader fashion than what Im suggesting, for Paragon these things would work exclusively for the purpose of Physical Healing, in cases of diseases which have traumatic roots or that the symptoms are triggered by stress.

Scripting from Virtue Series: Hope and You are not Alone

When people experience pain and disease, if its strong enough and/or chronic they begin to lose hope and fall into depressive states, which makes it very difficult to take action towards healing. Opening up to family and friends
opening up to people that can help you is essential, so its a must in my opinion to feel like there are people supporting you and people that can help you.
