Not sure if implemented in Paragon already, Dr Les Fehmi has this program called Open Focus where he teaches you to enter a state to heal your own body.
Some of us with sensitive noses, not sure if itâs a gift or curse but during certain seasons we can sneeze non stop triggering drowsiness; headaches; in ear infections and even tooth aches which gives you sleepness nights with pain.

Vitamin D supplements (Cholecalciferol) are hella toxic and interfere with other hormone processes. It is a secosteroid steroid hormone that suppresses the immune system. Look up Secosteroid Hormone D Facebook group. It lays it all out.
Bottom line you cannot get the power of the sun from a pill or liquid.
Ok I will watch that, but what about the rest? The principles behind it. Assuming we are going to get our Vitamin D from the sun.

Something for the nervous system that can aid/synergize with other healing/clearing titles that work mentally, emotionally but rarely touch deep within the nervous system regarding states of chaos, survival etc
