Longer post, but felt it is warranted because of what Paragon Complete has done for me.
I have been studying and practicing many different health, nutrition, and diet modalities for about thirty years now and have only recently found the real foundations of health and vitality. No amount of supplements, protocols, health devices, or even diets (I’ve done all the major known diets, from high carb low fat fruitarian to high fat low carb Keto (its many variations) and carnivore for years at a time, and everything in between). Looking for true health and vitality.
After exploring almost every different diet, supplement, vitamin and mineral regiment, protocol, and method of detox over almost thirty years I ended up coming to the conclusion that something was seriously wrong with our understanding of health, nutrition, and even our knowledge of human biology and biochemistry. And I was right.
I created a Paragon Complete custom over a year ago and as soon as the Vitality module dropped (after Emperor Daddy released) I created a custom with this and requested help from my subconscious to help me find the missing keys to health and vitality, to improve my understanding and help me unlearn what was wrong with my training and study.
I believe I found the answer and it is Biophysics. A relatively new science, Biophysics is actually a much different understanding of human biology based on physics and not traditional biochemistry. In fact Biophysics is the proper foundation of biochemistry which corrects many of the errors. Biophysics also extends (just like normal physics) into the quantum realm and the science of Quantum Biology is born. Its not a woo woo, metaphysical science, but just as real as Quantum Physics is.
I don’t want to go too far into explanations here, but what I have learned is the human biology is mostly centered around Light, specifically light from the sun. Everything hinges on Circadian Biology and our connection with both the Sun and the Earth (that is, Nature). We are largely Biophotonic beings and we THRIVE on sunlight and being in rhythm with the cycles and timing of the sun. VITALITY comes from sunlight and sunlight is the single most important nutrient in the human body. Everything else pales in comparison. And the science (and experience) proves this.
The sun powers our mitochondria. The hormone Leptin (the TRUE master hormone of the body that governs insulin, and all the other hormones including testosterone and melatonin) is nearly 100% effected by LIGHT. Sunlight signaling regulates it and keeps it healthy. Artificial light (which is mostly all blue spectrum light, from phone and computer screens, LED lights, TVs, and digital devices) dysregulates Leptin and creates hormone imbalances, Leptin and Insulin resistance, spikes cotrisol, and degrades melatonin.
Since learning Biophysics and its implications, I have moved to Florida on the beach, watch the morning sunrise and sunset (the most important light signaling for the body and the most amount of healing red light and Near InfraRed (NIR) light and practice Circadian Biology. Removed artificial blue light exposure, grounding by walking on the beach a couple hours a day (and sleep grounded with grounding sheets), minimized my non-native EMF exposure, sleep at night in pitch darkness (as we are supposed to sleep) and wake up with the sunrise and spend 30 to 60 minutes in early morning sun and setting sun in the evening (when the healing red light is strongest). It has completely transformed my life.
My Leptin and Insulin resistance is gone. I no longer snore or have sleep apnea and sleep like a baby. I have more energy now at 54 years old than I did as a teenager or when I was in the military in my early 20s. I am losing weight effortlessly regardless of what I eat. I no longer have to fast or intermittent fast or have extreme diets to halt weight gain. I don’t have to kill myself with crazy workout routines to lose weight.
My mental and emotional health are ROCK SOLID and I feel amazing and happy all the time. The stress in my body is almost completely gone now. I am tan and finally getting to my ideal body weight without effort. I was almost diabetic and could not reverse my insulin resistance no matter what I did or what diet I was on. Now my A1C is rock solid and the low end of normal.
I share all of this because I feel Paragon Complete helped guide me to this, what I have been searching for for decades. My goal and hope for this new Paragon is that it may take this information into account and that it may help people reconnect with the Sun, to make the most of its benefits, and to get back in sync with the circadian rhythm and heal their mitochondria and Leptin (all disease stems from the dysregulation of both Leptin and our mitochondria, which are both incredibly dependant on Sunlight and its timing).
So I am hoping that the new Paragon almost has Chosen: The Way Of Nature vibes where it helps us to reconnect with the sun and circadian rhythm, to rebalance Leptin, and to rejuvenate and heal mitochondria and their functioning.

Not sure if implemented in Paragon already, Dr Les Fehmi has this program called Open Focus where he teaches you to enter a state to heal your own body.
Some of us with sensitive noses, not sure if it’s a gift or curse but during certain seasons we can sneeze non stop triggering drowsiness; headaches; in ear infections and even tooth aches which gives you sleepness nights with pain.
Fasting has all the benefits, some motivation would be beneficial.
Personal confirmation for me; I recently started 15m morning sun gazing.

Are you familiar with Dr. Coimbra Protocol? I agree sun light is the single most important nutrient and factor in quality of health. As important as sleeping in absolute darkness and reducing exposure to screens a couple of hours before bed.

Just so I understand your post(I took a second read), it can be summed up as:
Sun>every diet and supplement?
Vitamin D supplements (Cholecalciferol) are hella toxic and interfere with other hormone processes. It is a secosteroid steroid hormone that suppresses the immune system. Look up Secosteroid Hormone D Facebook group. It lays it all out.
Bottom line you cannot get the power of the sun from a pill or liquid.
Ok I will watch that, but what about the rest? The principles behind it. Assuming we are going to get our Vitamin D from the sun.
Just in case… Im not here to vouch for any specific methodology, but to help distill some common ground between them thats actually useful and achievable with Paragon.
