The inspiration for this track was '90s Sarah McLachlan, lol. The background beat is actually the “SubClub Theme / Dave’s Theme” played at the beginning of a few songs (Like Never Fear the Weak and Daredevil). @Fire put the challenge out to see if we could make an entire song using that melody.

The past few weeks I’ve been wondering about the nature of zero point, my zero point.

To my understanding the concept is about everything starting from within. In the past there are things in my life I’ve blamed fate, circumstances or others for, but lately I’ve been accepting that the problem or the majority of it stems from me.

To some extent the thought is empowering because with this philosophy, I am beginning to internally accept that I am in control and I do have that power to change or bend reality.

With that thought in mind, I want to fix my zero point and optimize if not perfect it.

Akin to a printer with some dirty parts where the end document or photograph isn’t optimal, I’ve been thinking of a sub to clean and re-ink that printer.

Mind’s eye as I understood it is probably one of the best titles to address that.
