I’m incredibly curious as to how this will stack with GLM as @SaintSovereign mentioned. I’ve been such an anxious mess for a majority of my life and to be honest the title that’s actually helped the most is the updated GLM
Each title contains scripting that provides you with specific tools that you can utilize to achieve your goals - as indicated by the list of features on the sales page. You can then cross-reference your experience with those specific features (which, in the copy usually tells you how they are beneficial in multiple situations) and understand exactly what’s happening internally.
I think they are going to stack very well. It would be a remarkably “chill” and relaxing stack, especially over time.

As someone who went down deep in the healing journey, traumatheraphy, neurofeedback, plant medicines, I am interrested. The big thing I still ask myself: how can a sub heal the nervous system? Get “the trauma charge out of the body?” Get yourself to a place where parasympathetic and sympatetic nervous system can be balanced and controlled without goint into trauma response.
Lets see though, GLM definitley has helped me to feel more often safe in my body and gave my nervous system those healthy experiences.

I feel like what you are seeking is nervous system regulation. Learning just to be. Ventral vagal regulation.
I feel like what really thought me this was an MDMA session where i felt truly safe for the first time.like actually safe. Being in the middle of a loud rave, crazy people and just feeling safe. Somatoc experiencing theraphy helps.
This and neurofeedback to calm the nervous system down. Experiencing this nowadays nearly on a daily basis.
The phase that comes afterwards is strange. Its a phase of emptiness, for me atleast. Rest. Sometimes the mind still comes and tells all those should do this or that…and now there is this big thing of keeping this peace and becoming active again from a place of inner abundance. Without the old programs of lack starting up again.
My results with Wanted and Earth are very good but I think I will do a cycle of GLM + Regeneration

Yes, you definitely can. Its goals are drastically different, and it feels different. It just has that same Dragon Reborn of burning away past traumas and the such, but the method is drastically different.
