Oh man… Reminded me of what happened earlier. I emailed a report to my boss and his boss (upper-level manager) about one of the things they asked me to do. The upper-level guy replied with something like, have you done and tested this blah blah blah? I replied with a long email filled with multiple screenshots. lol. Either they now think I’m an ass, or something else, but I never did get a response.
