Hey man. Good to see you back.

Not really. ZP replaces both Qv2 and Ultima.

ZPT is Zero Point Terminus so its equivalent in the previous version was Qv2 Terminus

And ZPTS is Zero Point Terminus Square and its equivalent in the previous version was Qv2 Terminus Square

Great modules. Also consider adding the following modules to help accelerate physical healing:

  • Ascension Chamber Core (for manifesting healing faster)
  • SPS: Muscular System
  • The Architect
  • Health Codex
  • Inner Voice (for positive self talk that helps healing)

2 more modules to boost cognition:

  • The Streams
  • The Single Point

I remember her telling ZPT2 Once every other day

But maybe she changed since last week so who knows
She seems to be quite a fast sub assimilator too, so that’s not the recommanded patern for such a strong sub

I personnaly run a ZPT1, once at max twice a week (1 day listening 3 days off) and it works perfectly so just to give some insight on softer listening patern and some people like Friday do even less so you really should find your own sweet spot without any shame

Listening more or less should be only considered through your own experience starting from the recommanded patern of course

Run it once per week to begin with. Always start on the lower end when starting a new sub.

I was running it every other day for a while, but it’s a Libertine custom, I haven’t been using it as often anymore. I do see results the same day when I use it. I try to keep my stack light. The recommended starting time for a ZPT^S custom is five minutes the first time you run it.

I think from the moment you go up in grade with ZP, albeit being ZPT1 or ZPT2
You should focus on only 1 custom

And with ZPT2 ESPECIALLY

It looks likes from what you’re saying that you’re trying to acheive everything at once, I urge you to consider your options and tackle them one at a time

Even if using 3 custom in normal zp strength (6cores total in theory) is possible I don’t think it’s even advisable

I wouldn’t push it with the stronger builds. Just try to get to know your new custom and enjoy it, then add other subs as you see fit.

Lol now I have my own question

Is Mosaïc Usefull in a custom if I don’t count on using it (the custom) along any other sub appart from Ascension chamber ?

General understanding is, the more goals/areas your subs are covering, the more useful mosaic is.

  1. Get a bowl or bag of Cassia Torae seeds. These are sold in Chinese medicine pharmacies under the name 決明子.

  2. Think of the question that you have or the situation that you want to understand. Allow your mindbody to settle onto the feel of that question or situation. This step is most important. The mindbody is not necessarily tense, but it’s oriented toward your question. As if someone called your name, and you turned to face them and pay attention to them. Your doing that orienting and attending to your question.

  3. Remaining naturally oriented to the situation, use your thumb and third finger to pinch some seeds and place them on a paper (or some other surface) before you. Start from the bottom of the paper, and, moving up to the top, pinch out and place 6 separate small piles of seeds. There’ll generally be between 1 and 8 seeds in each pile.

  4. Pinch out one more bunch of seeds and place this one to the side of those original 6 piles.

  5. You’re done consulting.

  6. Count the number of seeds in each pile. If there’s an odd number of seeds, that’s represented by a solid line ( — ). An even number of seeds is represented by an open line ( - - ).

  7. Your 6 piles of seeds will, therefore, correspond to one of the 64 hexagrams of the Yijing. (It’s basically a 6-level series built on a base-2 counting system.) Each hexagram corresponds to a particular phase of a complete cycle. (Similar to the months of a year, the hours of a day, the stages of a love relationship, the life cycle of a corporation or nation, etc.) The hexagram describes the ‘phase’ of the situation you asked about.

  8. The seventh pile of seeds on the side indicates which of the 6 lines in the hexagram is your position within that situation. So, the hexagram is like the date (e.g., Friday April 15). The line is the time within that date (e.g., 3 AM). If there are 6 or less seeds, then you can just look at the corresponding line. (i.e., 5 seeds = look at line 5). If there are more than 6 seeds, then just subtract 6 until you’re left with a remainder that is 6 or less. (i.e., 11 seeds = subtract 6, there are 5 seeds left = look at line 5).

And that is one simple method of consulting the Yi Jing. There are at least 3 or 4 others. (coin methods, yarrow stalks method, etc.)

(And then there’s the Method of No-Method where you just internalize the system and allow the world to speak directly to your intuition. But that method exists with every system.)
