@bombayduck not sure who you are or your background are you a professional body builder/muay thai fighter ? if so your metabolism will be more “super human” then the majority of the members here.
You can’t lose 8% of body fat in one night with any substance.
It’s unhealthy, your body would go through drastic processes to compensate for such a fast and radical change.
In this case, i’m a non-believer.

You’d run a horrible fever. Kinda like how the super-fast healing Wolverine has isn’t realistic. He’d scream in pain from the body temps involved in healing that fast.

I admit i am no doctor or medical practitioner in my life i have seen the most magical things happen in front of my eyes but still refused to believe what i had just witnessed. I recall seeing the indian rope trick being performed in a village back in 1997 in india, there were no steel wires or anything else like that involved.
At this point i will keep an open mind.

But what if a steriod was involved ? to accentuate the healing process ?. I believe you are a professional when it comes to the anatomy of the subconscious. What if someone were to experience a high temperature which is often the case when we experience an infection. Surely they would survive despite the heat and pain.
BUT, dropping THAT much BF in one night? you’d be pissing yourself and/or shitting yourself from all the stuff happening at once I think

I’m not sure why all of a sudden, people want to involve themselves in the personal lives of others. It’s not welcome here. This forum is inherently “intimate” in the sense that we’re all delving into and discussing our deeper selves and the anonymity the forum provides grants a person a bit of peace that they can talk freely.
Through your pain and insights and wisdom, other people can grow and heal. That’s ultimately the goal of this place – a group of people coming together under one goal, perfection and healing of the mind, body and spirit.
Respect that mission. If you have a problem with someone, take it and keep it private. Do not put this out in public.
