one of the reason WDB is considered an “easy” sub is that its very easy to take action. Just out and put yourself where there are people, be yourself and just vibe with no agenda.

As for bigger results give it time. Since its you’re first cycle changes will be minor but will compound and get stronger and stronger over time. This is exactly not the time to switch out to another sub.

@Edithor Right now, your subconscious is unpacking a lifetime of negative self-talk and self-imagery. it’s a slow, uncomfortable process but it’s building a foundation for a better you. Stack swapping is the anti-thesis of development.You aren’t getting the time to grow into your new identity. So you end up chasing short term results (more swapping).

I wish I understood this when I first started using subliminals.

Yes ive had great results but they could have been much better with proper play times and sticking to a stack. Nowadays my results are much better from sticking with it

Experience is the best teacher. I went through a messy break up last summer and wasted time throwing subs at my problems.

On WDB you will have more fast attention and social attention.

The new wanted is more sexual.
This also mean some women might see you more as a threat. On a very subtle level.
This also means that on New Wanted they will escalate on you sexually. Where on WDB (for me on the first cycles) they will be more gentle flirting.
Which also mean WDB will bring easier attention and maybe more opportunities that you can escalate on for your favor.

NW has more status will also effect men for better or worse.
WDB also has some social status buy men will not see you as a threat on WDB (usually)

As you can see they are very similar but have a different feel to them.

As you can imagine WDB is more romantic.

NW has a stronger aura of Openness which I didn’t like because men felt like they can flirt with me.
But that’s also means women were more aggressive.
That said women on WDB felt like it’s easier to talk and approach me, so the girls who felt they could approach me on WDB, might not have felt the same on NW. Because it felt like they needed to do so more sexually.
See the difference?

Want a lot of attention? And sexual attention? Some will like you some won’t? Go with NW.
Want more social and romantic vibe? Also more attention from broader group? Go with WDB.

All I’m writing is only after 1-2 cycles.
So it’s actually really not accurate! You could have everything you wanted with each one of them I guess. It just takes more cycles? That’s what I think but I didn’t run each for a year.

I will say this and this is the more important for me:
The new anti recon teach is what makes it work so well.
So that’s how I feel.
That’s why it would be probably easier to run NW/WDB than WB. Or something like PS.

I personally have gotten more sexual attention on NW and more flirts on WDB.
One girl I like really talked to me more on WDB but even though it felt like she’s into me she didn’t show it much. So the conversations were very social with some flirt. Using WDB for more cycles would make it easier for me to escalate with her.

To sum it up look up the post comparing NW vs WDB it’s REALLY accurate!!
WDB - romantic movie vibe.
NW - The prize Sexual vibe.

You will feel like you are the prize women want on NW
And you will feel like a romantic guy from a movie using WDB.
Both are great.

Who know maybe you could stack them? Or with WB or maybe with Primal.

About physical shifting? Go with NW also will give you motivation to work out.

Is it normal that I can’t stop “self-pleasuring” myself? The last week or two I’m like an addict, I do it every day, some days more than once. For context, this is not normal for me, I usually do it much much less.

So I thought that it might be due to the sub? Or the recon or something related.

It will have sexual scripting in this title

but worth asking yourself, is it purely the sub, or is the sub surfacing something? The titles tend to turn up the volume on whatever you’re already avoiding.

have you tried sitting with the feeling of needing to discharge instead of releasing, and seeing what’s actually underneath it?

Journalling your thoughts helps a lot to figure this out

It had the opposite effect for me. Your milage might vary.

I started waking up middle of my nights because of high libido when I started running dream boy. Hence why I added khan black. I feel you on that man. Now I have khan, kb and dream boy. Horny af lol :japanese_ogre:

I recall Saint mentioning that physical activities or creative work can help. Or being around people irl too. But honestly high libido isn’t even an issue. It’s just how you settle your day with it. How you transmute it.

I was on a date and it was going alright, nothing special tbh. Talked, watched a movie, took a walk, went to grab a bite.

Ran my robust WDB custom for a 45 second loop at around 11pm in the food spot because 1) i forgot to do my loop that day and 2) i had the chance cause she was using the bathroom.

The whole night took a completely different turn, holy shit. Instant results. I lost my filter and just told her what i wanted to do, she didn’t want to say it but she was in agreement judging by her reaction.

We parked, and that’s when it began. I was in the zone. Playful, teasing, sensual, and she was completely absorbed more so than any of our previous dates.

Dream bubble to the fucking max. It was something out of a movie, it was a beautiful experience.

At one point there was an R&B song playing with a beat switch in the middle, where the ambient r&b production becomes more trap and the verse starts with “i just wanna fuck you shawty you know how i do shawty” and we just collectively got more immersed into each other’s bodies in that moment.

Any success stories from the physical shifting aspect of this title?

Ive had lots of minor changes with grooming and how I dress but I am more interested specifically in stories about fat loss or muscle gain.

Physical shifting is not a priority for me at all but I have been dieting to get leaner last few weeks and wondering if this title can help with that.

I poste this report on Jan 3. Things have only gotten better since then like losing 2 inches on my waste and losing more body fat.

What about muscle building?
Using NW and WB I’ve seen some results regarding that

Ive been loosing fat quite quick but I am dieting hard I suppose WDB is certainly amplifying that.

Skin and Hair is definitely better as-well. A very quick result was my posture changed giving a nice aesthetic boost.

As for muscle building cant say ive noticed anything to significant. I have gained some muscle but I tend to gain extremely fast from developed base when I was an athlete.

On WDB, i got light shifting like my hair looked better, skin had a healthy glow. I am already slim so nothing happened to my waist. It was less energy intensive overall.

On New wanted, i got drastic physical shifting, first was the perception shift, where i looked model tier beautiful. then even light workouts gave exaggerated results. Biceps just got bigger faster. Shoulder and back definition was onpoint. I got quick shifting effects on it.

And it was more energy intensive than WDB, i used to do certain practises to raise energy so can clearly feel the energy drain caused by physical shifting. Granted its at a manageable rate.

WB, tops all of it but is the most energy intensive for me.

Edit: new wanted gave me clear ab definition, i just had a flat stomach on WDB

Yea but more important it’d helped me develop a structure workout routine, improve my nutrition and sleep and discover a genuine love from cooking. This is why I empathize personal/skill development over waiting for results to unfold. When you’re focused on development, results are long term.

Shifting gears — Online is goated

Got a match yesterday who checked off all mu boxes. We ended up texting for 12 hours, through my entire shift to the end of my workout. Now we’re heading to a sex club party on Sunday.

Sunday’s shaping up to be a busy day:

  • Pre-club with another Online match
  • Club date
  • Plans with someone else at the club

So I started my WDB custom about a month ago, running approx 1-2 loops a week, most between the 30-90 second range. This custom also has Synergy: APS Head/Face and SPS: Fat Burn in it, and these are the 2 elements that are being addressed the quickest.

I’ve started eating much healthier at an approx. 500-600 calorie deficit and the results have been great so far. I’ve lost about 2% body fat, I have light ab definition (I’ve got a full on 6 pack when I wear a compression shirt), my obliques and serratus are starting to appear in good lighting as well. Vascularity has always been a strong point of mine but my veins are starting to show through my compression shirts mid-workout. I’ve also lost a lot of weight in my face quickly.

I’ve spent about 400$ on gym clothing in the last month too (like a fucking dumbass), and it’s made me feel super confident. Never wore sleeveless shirts before but after trying it once, I realized that my arms are solid.

I have finally committed to working out my legs more often as I’ve been half-assing them for too long and I’ve got way too many signs pointing towards me needing to work them out more, plus I was able to finally find a squat variation that I enjoy doing. I’m also upgrading my gym in about 2 weeks, gonna start to pay almost double just for the quality.

They’re not crazy results but they’re clear results that combine quick wins with a long-term focus on success. Right now I can genuinely say that I’m in the best shape of my life, that says it all.
