Spent most of the afternoon hospitalized. Other than the cripple infection I’ve never felt more comfortable and cared as patient. All the staff were sweet and attentive. Turns outside gone to the wrong examination room. Later I overheard some concerned nurses wondering where I’d gone and if I was okay. For some reason they’d moved me to a smaller satellite room. I went from crammed waiting room to an empty room with chairs so comfortable that I struggled to stay awake. My surgeon even joked about all the special treatment I hot. He wasn’t wrong : i had 3 young nurses fussing over me abd a handsome young doctor who itching to hand me his "business card: (phone number).
Also I didn’t die. So it was a good day.

Appreciate it. Have to teach myself to eat and drink regularly again. But otherwise. I’m back to work tomorrow.
