Basically, subliminal reinforcement (running another loop to deal with topical recon) helped me neutralize recon and only the next day it reemerged but much much weaker and got resolved by itself pretty quickly. It didn’t affect my other results.
I’ve never run micro loops but I get no recon on WB whatsoever when running a full loop every day (Mon-Fri). Moreover, the subliminal reinforcement technique helped me deal with the topical recon I got on DR:LD in the way presented in the post above.
And I was not as SC did a great job implementing in it topical healing and elements to work on the most essential links (composure and social skills) for seduction.
The ambition on WB personally for me has helped to focus on hitting the gym almost daily, giving me a vision of my goal of achieving my ideal body type and ie in my case help focus on cutting and staying more consistent on my diet.
My sense of focusing on myself is more acute, like I’m nice and chill while running this. But I am directing the focus to boost my physical gains, plus already getting attention ie more eye contact, more girls of my type in my vicinity.
So how is the ambition on it, I would say it’s pretty focused depending on which is more of your focus at the time body, girls or social. So 10 out of 10 for ambition in these points at least from what I’ve experienced.

Have you hit a washout yet or planning on running one?
In my experience this method doesn’t work for me because it’s the equivalent of kicking the can down the road. I’m offsetting the recon by staying in intake mode. It’s a delayed response. Somehow running a lot of loops for me puts the sub in “pending mode”, when it has time to process it can be brutal.

Just wanted to point some stuff out in response to this based on what I’ve seen so far.
#1 – I’ve been running this title, at greater than the recommended frequency, against other titles in my stack, without negative effects.
#2 – I have had some looks today from women just going about their daily business, despite having relapsed to PMO very recently, that were… how could we put it? extremely positive. Despite being pretty naive at the moment to ordinary protocol around male and female interactions in that regard.
#3 – some of us on this forum, and I count myself among them – are rather dense and need a lot more exposure to this type of sub for our interaction style to change to the point where the sub has it intended effect. My impression from what Saint has said is that we’re dealing with a kind of holographic or fractal audio and that is why micro loops work the way they do. That being said, my reconciliation as someone who considers themselves to be pretty naive when it comes to interacting with women, has been minimal, and I don’t believe my reaction has been stonewalling, but more so a case of needing more exposure over time to bring myself to the place where the scripting has its intended effect in terms of changing my own interaction style.
It really deoends on how fast you are wanting results and how much you are willing to be conscious of the process that is going on as you run the sub. Perhaps this is why I can run more subs than are recommended despite how naive I feel that I am in the subject matter.
I believe this is part of the reconciliation handling in these products because I feel same, kind of “keep listening you will get there”
Whatever works best for people. Hoping everyone stays recon free and we’ve moved into a new chapter of subs. But for now I’m gonna stick with microloops because it gives me plenty to work with.
I don’t post about it because discussion of off-guideline listening isn’t useful to the forum, but I have experimented with stack sizes and loop frequencies that were not the recommended, and I’ve experienced a range of results both positive and negative. The Tech at this point is incredibly flexible.
If keeping away from PMO was causing you tension and you weren’t resolving it through other methods, this would fit STKS titles having self-optimizing scripting that seeks to turn anything you do into something beneficial in some way.
I try and shy away from publicly theorizing how the tech works, but I think this is a useful lens to examine your usage through.
How does this work? And do you have to do full loops because I only do up to 5 mins currently? Thanks

Since @invictus who has a high flow factor takes short time to process subs and @friday take long time. And both have high flow factor.
In my case it takes long
Like 30 seconds of it give me recon after 2 days.

Your case is a bit different though because your custom probably plays a part in that recon.
