Honestly, halfway through the post, I just gave up trying to convince someone that it’s not “Better Wanted,” because I’m pretty exhausted. So I said screw it, might as well talk about the absurdity that happens sometimes.
I think people don’t quite understand what life at SubClub is actually like. We do have lots of expensive computers and stuff, but if you all knew some of the ridiculousness that has come out of testing, you’d crack up.
Sometimes, it’s like a super serious vibe. Very focused, no one really talking for days outside of making sure everyone on the team is alright. Sometimes, it’s like the most ridiculous comedy movie ever. The reason we know how our tech works is because during testing, we make scripts with absurd goals where it’s completely obvious when it’s working and when it’s not.
So, for me – the fact that most men don’t have the gall to do what @Fire did illustrates to me that the script of Wanted Black, which is a masterpiece, if I have to say, is outstanding. Two people simultaneously creating what could come right out of a damn Seth Rogen movie is in it’s own right, transcendent in it’s own way. That’s why with STKS, we were creating titles to root you in the world.
Life can’t always be so serious. Might as well have some fun.
