This is actually a myth of neo-Tantra which has become a blend of multiple traditions and modern imagination. In more ancient Tantric traditions the ejaculation was of paramount importance.

Man, Iād love it if the Artisan titles had foundation examples. Itād keep people from rushing to WB at least. Like how do they expect to use WB when they couldnāt get a grasp on New Wanted?

There seems to be a misunderstanding between yoga(spirituality) and Tantra.
Then there is western idea of Tantra which is almost all about sex. Thatās what I meant there.
Tantra is essentially the art of manipulating energy through rituals and yes, Tantrics can do drugs, have meat and alcohol during the rituals, yagnas or yakshas, this is called left hand Tantra. Then there is right hand Tantra or Yoga, which is a more refined form of energy manipulation through practices or just intent(with high order yogis)
So when one does a spiritual practice which they are initiated into, they are essentially doing a ritual, but an internal one,internal yagnas, but the thing is that this ritual is with their body and doesnāt create negative Karma, Tantrics(left hand) or occultists create IMMENSE negative Karma which doesnāt lead to Mukti and cause intense suffering in their energy body.
Anyways, wonāt talk much about it,
What Iām trying to achieve is ascension in yoga or right hand Tantra, you might have different data, but I have immense trust on the source that I get my spoiritual informarion from, and this has also been my personal experience. FYI, I donāt remember saying I donāt want to release ever, just in moderation and want to increase this āmoderationā capacity so that I can release less and less moderately.

I am sorry, but some of the things you are saying are based on British colonial propaganda against traditional Indian practices. But this forum is not the place to discuss these things, so I will leave it at that.

Is there anyone here who has run both WB and ED? Not together. How would you compare the two, especially for Gravitas and Confidence. Personally I find WB to be more daddy vibe than ED but I am quite curious to hear from others.

Donāt want to derail this thread, but all I want to say is donāt look for sexual techniques or bodywork in traditional tantra. It has very little to do with that. Honestly, if you start looking for authentic Tantra you will most likely meet a lot of charlatans who want to take advantage of the guillable. In the west people who do various types of Tantrik bodywork and in India people who try to sell multiple initiations. Real gurus will only have a handfull of disciples, not massive followings. Tantra has become a buzzword and everyone wants to know the secrets. The truth is, there is no Tantra without devotion towards Shiva and Shakti. If you donāt have that, donāt look for Tantric secrets. Youāll just get scammed. Also, the sexual practices are not widely practiced. Even within Tantric circles they are only meant for the most elligable sadhakas. The original point was, there is a lot of scaremongering going around about left handed Tantra comming mostly from a blend of Neo-Vedanta reinterpretations of Tantra and Vicorian morals that were imposed on Indians by the British during colonial times.

Ultimately Iām more interested into the energy work than the physical side, (though I got to know of energies through my body sensations) and my understanding of tantra is that it is more energy based than physical, converging energy from the heaven and the earth and circulating it through will/intent. (Bodywork and asanas being āindirect directā vehicles to direct will/Shakti through awareness/Shiva, much like with western magik rituals, from my limited understanding)

2 full and a 5 minute loops of WB since 29th January, a loop of Paragon sleep, A:S and 1 minute of KBCST1.
Very minor recon on all of these subs.
Today I went to store and there were A LOT of IOIs from two women, one flirted a bit.

One part of practice which I was doing wrong was the part that would energize you, and I was feeling low energy despite doing the practice correctly. And once certain parts got fixed, I did this part correctly around letās say 7 days ago. So if I ran the two initial loops of WB at my current energetic state, I wouldāve had much profound results.
