I used OG Wanted for one cycle got results immediately…

Mostly internal results and some girls staring sometimes flirting a bit

However with WB it feels I’m stonewalling
No results at all and the croquette feelings and behaviors from the original are gone.

I did run full loops.

Now my question is do I need to build a foundation to use WB or do I just need to use micro loops?

I think of using Emperor instead as a foundation also because it has wealth script.

Since you get results with OG Wanted, I’d stack full OGW with maybe 3 or 5 minutes of WB. Let WB ride OGW’s coattails and I think it should kick in better for you.

Take more rest days, I tried this and my subliminals are integrating way better(perfect combo of results + action from my side ). In your case of Wanted Black as it is an advanced title, in my experience, give it atleast 2 days rest and then assess from there how many rest days work for you.
