The reason I’ve not contacted HR or authorities is because it’s a ‘his word against mine’ scenario. It’s kind of weird because the last job I was in, I left on the spot from an inappropriate sexual comment from a manger and now it’s happened again as a threat? Fuck this man, just gonna work for myself and be free. I want to stay and fight my battle, not run.

Yeah I have. No more than 2 cycles where I’m on 4th for WB. It’s just very intimidating when I’m only 5ft 1 and he’s a 6ft 3 guy. If he’s in today, gonna just sit down and talk.

Stack KB with WB once a week, and it will significantly enhance WB results!
Don’t overexpose; it’s like putting a jet engine on a Ferrari!
Ensure you complete all the stages before adding WB, as it can become quite intense.

So it might take a long time to understand and accomplish the same results

But basically you visualize what you want
And write and do mirror affirmations with things you want to have in your life
